This Vietnamese noodle bar is a gem inside Germantown food market. There were so much to choose from and we happen to find it while looking for pho in the area. You can dine in or sit outside where there is plenty of tables. The menu is not complicated. It has all your favorite and served quickly. Charlie has great social skills
and takes great care of his customers. Food was served fast. The beef broth is flavorful. The bread for Banh mi is very crispy and seasoning is good. If you are a fan of Vietnamese food then this little spot hidden inside the marketplace is a great options when visiting in the area.

Placed an online order which went through. Went to pickup my food and waited for about 5 minutes until the woman came to the front counter. She said, we’re closed. I said I put an order through on Seamless. I asked if she could check/cancel the order. She just walked away and stood in the back drinking her coffee. I waited another few minutes when another employee from the kitchen approached me and I explained the situation. He said he only worked the kitchen and that someone from the front could help. I realized I could cancel the order through Seamless and get a refund. I’m only posting this because of how incredibly rude and dismissive the woman was.

Went to get Pho today, I have only tried their location in Conshohocken (which I LOVE), I was so disappointed with everything. The service was terrible from the moment I approached the counter. No one acknowledged me for about 3 minutes as both men sat on their phones, not looking up once and one was eating and watching something on his phone. Then I ordered #5 where you have to pick a meat in your pho, he just responded with $13. I said “don’t I have to pick my meat?” And then he just looked at me and I told him what I wanted. Then I came back waiting for my buzzer to go off where he sat on his phone while my food sat in the window for 5 minutes, then as he was packing it up, he walked around and held it up and stared at it and showed his coworkers it like there was something wrong with it. Then bagged it up and handed it to me. If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s a shame because their location I. Conshohocken is AMAZING and their staff is so kind and professional. I didn’t even eat it because I couldn’t get past the thought that something was wrong with it.

I was thoroughly impressed! Exceptionally savory broth in my Pho Tai, I added shrimp (extra $4) and they were large, plump, and fresh tasting! Steak was sliced very thin, the way I like, and nice sized portion! It was so good I didn’t stop eating to get a pic til I had almost finished lol! I had been saying Chesnut Hill needed a good Phó place, and here I find they already have one!! Highly recommend!!

Staff was friendly, stand was clean. Grilled pork summer roll was delicious, with a very nice peanut sauce for dipping. Beef pho was excellent – good portion, nice flavors. Recommended.

Charlie is an amazing dude! It was a busy saturday night but he handled our own blunder and re-prepared our soup for us. The food is absolutely delicious and at a good price. Please come here if you’re looking for good service and food. Thanks again Charlie, go sixers!

Best Bánh Mi I think. We ordered shrimp Bánh Mi and it was the best. Baguette is crispy outside and soft inside. The baguette is very light and delightful. 5 stars for Saigon Noodle Bar.

When I first reviewed this place a couple of years ago it was 5 stars. Absolutely fantastic – the pho broth was phenomenal, the portions were ridiculously huge, the banh mi was on wonderful bread and well stuffed.
Since then, the prices have doubled, the portions have halved, the banh mi are almost empty, and they *consistently* forget things in the order. I’m willing to forgive a lot due to Covid, but we’re starting to get back to normal again now and this place needs to rediscover its former glory or I won’t order from them again. I am *not* willing to pay $15 for a couple of cups of mediocre broth, a few slices of meat, noodles and a half stem of chopped scallion.
Sort it out.

Worst tofu banh mi I’ve had in my life – they literally threw some tofu stir fry in a bun and called it a day. Bok choy, broccoli, wilted greens, and cabbage have no place in a banh mi. It was barely edible as such.
