There was no way you could stop me from coming in here once I saw the building. Such a pretty dining space (I think I read that this building used to be a theater?) and we had a lovely gentleman as our host. We tried a couple of dishes out and the wontons in the wonton soup were our favorite. The other dishes were good just nothing to write home about.

Lovely restaurant with wonderful ambiance. We got served by a robot waiter! The owner was very smiley and obviously loved his robot waiter. The food was delicious.

Amazing little gem in Evergreen, CO. Actually not so little, a good size restaurant. Monday night dinner attracted a nice crowd. Food was amazing. Papaya salad was super fresh. Pho was very good and the crispy duck delicious and crispy! Menu has a wife variety of Asian dishes. These folks know what they’re doing. Great service. 5 stars all around.

We discovered this place in evergreen years ago and make the trip up there every year for a anniversary drive and lunch. They make an interesting variant of hot and sour soup with pineapple, tomatoes, noodles and include of chicken, shrimp or beef. Excellent

Love Saigon Landing. Best, healthiest food in town, with fantastic vegan options. Some favs: crispy veggie spring rolls, veggie tofu crepe, veggie clay hot pot. Lots of vegetable varieties. They serve beautiful leaves of green leaf with fresh mint and basil to wrap around the spring rolls. So fresh.

Authentic, delicious, real, this is the first time in a while, I didn’t have any leftovers for a Togo box. Licking my plate in private, I can not recommend this restaurant more. Love it.

Disgusting and overpriced Chinese food. I saw maybe three Vietnamese meals on the menu but the majority were Chinese dishes. The waiter also didn’t bother telling me that lunch portions are NOT served during the weekends, so I got the unfortunate surprise of getting ringed up for what I saw on the menu was a $14 meal for $20+.
I did NOT come for Chinese food but wanted to go with something cheaper and not greasy (pho was $18+). The pad thai is absolutely disgusting. Besides the overcooked shrimp, what was the orange goop sauce? I couldn’t even tell you. Not a drop of flavor, just stickiness. As a lover of Thai and Vietnamese food, this place’s prices are absurd for food that can’t be remotely considered Vietnamese.
Oh, and the restroom has two toilets with a wooden divider but no stall doors. Is the expectation really to share the restroom with another customer?
There was also a loud, annoying, rolling tray-holding robot. It’s great to help the elderly server but myself and the three other parties that came had to turn around and figure out where the absurdly high-pitched “nyan” voice was coming from.

Fantastic food. Everything in my noodle bowl was extremely fresh and delicious. The crispy roll was my favorite part. And the coffee and condensed milk paired very nicely.
