Saigon Hustle, located off Ella Boulevard, is a charming little spot with a cute, thoughtfully designed space that makes it a pleasant place to stop in for a casual meal. The atmosphere feels modern and cozy, perfect for a quick lunch.
The food was aright overall. The pho was OK…comforting, though not especially standout in flavor. My rice bowl was also decent, well-prepared and filling, making it a reliable option if you’re craving something simple and familiar.
While the food didn’t blow me away, the inviting space and laid-back vibe make Saigon Hustle a nice neighborhood spot to try.

I am a native Houstonian so I have eaten my way all around town, trying to find that one perfect Bahn Mie. The one where the meat is tender and flavorful, the snap and the crunch from the vegetable is obvious, the bread is both crusty and chewy, the mayo was NOT skimped on, and the perfect amount of jalapenos to add just the right heat. Ya’lll. THIS THE PLACE. Hot damn that sandwich was PERFECT. The side of Siagon fries was an absolute solid pick, but the sammie? I’d put this place right up there with Tony’s Delicatessen in my opinion. (Look them up if you dont know about Tony’s) Please, never change Siagon Hustle. I love you.

Placed a small catering order last minute when I found out my grandfather passed. I came in before this place even opened. I’ve been ordering from Saigon hustle for years but never catering. It was the first place in the heights I could think of at the top of my head that would do catering trays quickly and good quality.
Thank you for not only taking my catering order before opening hours but taking the time to walk me through what to get. I appreciate and will always remember the hospitality.

First time here. I’ll be back again despite some disappointment. They have zero indoor dining. It’s a hut. I added a fried egg to my order and it had been cooked earlier and refrigerated. It was served to me cold. Refrigerator cold! I guess that’s a thing in Saigon?

I work at a hospital near by and as a treat to myself, I order spring rolls at least once a week because they are THAT good! They are seasoned to perfection and they definitely don’t skimp on the protein. You can tell they put love into every roll. Today they gifted me with two rolls on the house. I just thought that was the sweetest thing! I love a business that cares for their customers. Thank you so much Saigon Hustle Team!

I am disheartened to make this review but I am so frustrated with my last five or so experiences. I loved Saigon Hustle and have been a regular customer since they opened and always order a variety of items. It was always quick, convenient but consistent. However, I’ve noticed a significant downturn with food quality and consistency with in the past year.
Simple orders without substitution or modifications are almost always incorrect or missing something now, example: banh mi without cucumbers or carrots? No sauce for my vermicelli? Shrimp and pork spring rolls with no pork? Worst repeat offense was ordering a banh mi without pate (my least favorite thing) and it of course having pate or like they started making it with it but then remembered it’s without and they tried to wipe it off!? So gross. My dislike is so strong that the lingering texture/flavor deems the sandwich inedible. I’ve also received vegetable egg rolls instead of regular on multiple occasions and served completely inedible overcooked meat. What is going on!?!

Order take out, so I am just gonna review abt the food.
I would say that they should re-learn about banh mi and pho packaging.
They must leave the veggies a side so they wont soften the hoagies and for raw meat, it should have been wrapped in plastic to avoid contact with other ingredient.
This place is a hell-no.

The food is bold, fresh, and packed with flavor. From the pho (yes pho they finally have it here!) to the rice bowls and crispy egg rolls, everything tastes authentic. You can really tell they put thought into every dish.
Service is friendly and attentive, and the whole experience feels intentional and welcoming.

Amazing ribeye banh mi. That’s all you need to know. There’s other good stuff but that sandwich is enough to earn my five stars for the food.
Edit: had the chicken banh mi – classic, perfect – and some pho kinda soup with cilantro and ground beef and alphabet noodles and it was amazing.

The food was pretty good but I will say that I was left a but hungry still after chowing down on their steak and rice bowl. The staff are very friendly and laid back, the location itself is pretty small but easily serves its purpose. Their eggrolls are on point and the flavors are great. Portions could be a bit more substantial but otherwise 10/10.
