As a Vietnamese, I had a poor experience here. Everything starts normally with beef and pork scrolls. But sea foods and any other food which include seasoning here are disaster. The sea foods here have a weird smell and the meats look stale and too salty to eat.I ordered 2 plates of PadThai and it’s salty as well. I paid $110 for this dinner and never come back again. “Phí tiền”

This is an absolute must-visit! My family and I will definitely be going back. We just returned from Vietnam, and the flavours here immediately brought us back — authentic, fresh, and full of flavour.
The portion sizes are huge compared to other local spots, yet the prices are very similar. We had the rare beef pho and the mango salad, and both were outstanding. Everything was fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared.
If you’re craving authentic Vietnamese food in the area, this is the place. Enjoy your meal!

The all you can eat was awesome. Good selection of meats, seafood and veggies for grilling. The sauce thy use is tasty and adds great flavor, the kimchi was spot on and added great dept of flavor to food! We went for a date night, but will return again with the family!

We went at lunchtime for the all-you-can-eat. While the selection was limited compared to the dinner selection, it was pretty good. We ordered all of the meat options, and they were tasty. They offered two types of wings and they were exceptional. They were flavourful, well cooked and juicy. The service was excellent. Our server was friendly and attentive. The robot brought around the appetizers so that was a fun addition to lunch. The only criticism is that the music was too loud. Overall, we enjoyed our lunch.

I’m surprised this place is not more busy! I go here for my all you can eat barbecue cravings and it’s always so satisfying. Their meat options are solid but the real stars I’d say are the dishes aside from their meat. Like their fried items – one of the best fried tofu I’ve had, their dim sum and curry dishes…etc. are all really good, and the portions are huge for an all you can eat place. Prices definitely worth it for the high quality, variety and taste!

I want to preface this by saying their food is tasty and my problem is more with honesty and customer service. I am a frequent customer for both dine in and takeout, I have gotten many things on the menu which are great and with my meal I always get the kimchi to go in the sealed cup, I’ve probably gotten it a total of 10times now. It has always come as a full sealed cup and looked more fresh. My last visit it was almost half empty and the staff persisted to tell me it always came that way which is not truthful. I asked for a fresh cup of kimchi as this one looked like it’s been sitting there for days , they said it’s fresh and continued to gaslight me. Nothing as a customer I said mattered they simply dismissed me, manager included. This is terrible customer service and they should really re-evaluate their client care as well, not lie to customers about portions of the price of item stayed the same. Customers is what makes your whole business and if you lie they will not come back, eberyone works hard and spends their hard earned money, items you serve should have consistency and if your portion size changed you should be honest with that. Very very disappointed as this used to be a favourite place of mine.

Definitely a place that will have something for everybody. Pad Thai, General tsk, lamb, beef, soups, delicious ice cream, wontons and so much more. I loved the food and love how they have many veggies options. The staff was super nice and attentive. I am coming back next time I am going out.

Love the cosy dim setting. You can taste the freshness of the meat and of the oil in the deep fried dishes. I’m a crazy fan of steamboat & korean/japanese bbq and this might be the highest quality. Tasty and they’re really nice over there too. Favourite eatery in Hamilton.
Just editing this review to say we went again yesterday after a slew of disappointing dinner outings at other restaurants and I can’t praise them enough.
Anyone who leaves this place a bad review doesn’t know how to order and how to layout your ayce meal. As a real foodie this place is epic! Make your combos, give the staff time to prepare and bring your stuff. Wrap some rib or lamb in lettuce with kimchi and pickled jalapenos in it, Thank them later!

On my search for good Asian food in Hamilton, I was quickly directed to Saigon House Restaurant as one of the cornerstones of Asian food in Hamilton. Saigon house offers great options for Vietnamese food and all you can eat BBQ menu.
Food: 4.5/5. I have had the vermicelli dishes with spring rolls and the pho. They are both very flavorful. The one thing I note is that these portions are humongous and you are really getting the value for your money with these dishes. The flavor is there and not too overwhelming. I’d say it does quite well in comparison to multiple other Vietnamese restaurants that I’ve had around Toronto as well as in Vietnam.
Service: 5/5.
Atmosphere: 5/5. Nice and quiet inside, not super packed often so it’s chill and relaxing.
FINAL SCORE
5/5.
