Great food, super friendly employees. They aren’t a huge chain with a large staff but we still received prompt service. Also, they have answered the phone 100% of the time I’ve tried to call. The bad reviews about the phone not being answered or delayed service time I feel like are misguided; this is obviously a family owned and run business and sometimes you need to have a tiny bit of patience (a foreign concept anymore). Cheap, delicious, friendly. What more can you ask for? Especially in combat city. 5 stars!

I’ll start by saying this place is where you go to get the best bang for your buck. My party and i arrived near closing time but were still warmly greeted. The service was amazing and they were some of the most attentive restaurateurs ive ever met. As far as the food goes, it too was amazing, it had that homemade quality that one tries hard to find. Maria was one of the sweetest persons ive ever met, and her giving us sliced persimmons at the end of the meal, has made this a dining experience that i won’t soon forget. Overall, i extremely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a great dining experience.

Saigon Gardens has large portions and great tasting broth, but when you try and call in an order it seems as if no one wants to answer the phone.
Because of this I gave my business to another company on my way home. Please work on this because this is completely unacceptable in today’s day in age – and know that if you order online via Grub Hub orders don’t go through to their business even if you pay online.
Other than that, dining in seems like the best choice – you won’t be disappointed, unless of course you order online or try to call.

Very tasty Pho. Owner is very accommodating if you want to add or subtract something from your Pho. Great atmosphere and service that you can only find at a locally owned restaurant. I highly recommend trying this place for the food and amazing top notch service that the owner provides. Thank you for the delicious lunch.

I was there last night. There was only one person taking orders and making the food. Here is my issue
We waited 10 minutes before she even got to us. She then asked us to write down our own order for her, we were only there to get a boba, after waiting another 30 minutes, understanding that she was the only one there, after getting our “boba” and paying and then realizing there was no boba in my boba I went back in And asked the lady why there was no boba in my drink she said they had no boba and that’s why she charged me 50 cents less.
I am really upset that I literally waisted 40 minutes of my time for a boba only to receive no boba and she didn’t even bother to tell me at the very beginning that she had no boba, had she had told me from the get go, I would have left and gone elsewhere.
We will never go here again.

If I could give this place no starts I would. My wife bought a green tea boba and it looked like a cup of carrot juice. Our noodles were soggy. Worst phone ever. And it took forever
