I always like to support a local business but this place was just ok! We got the veggie spring rolls and tofu pho. Both were fine, but I feel like were lacking in flavor compared to other pho I’ve had. Personally the tofu seemed a little too firm for pho but it was ok. I got a medium sized bowl and had leftovers.

I think this place is very up-and-down with their food quality. Sometimes it’s really good and other times it’s below average and over salted.
Tonight we got combination, fried rice, and the chicken pho.
The broth was over salted. The chicken serving size was a way too small for a large.

I have had pho at 13 different restaurants across Southern California and Colorado. This restaurant’s pho broth rates in the top two. I have been coming to this family run business for about 10 years and their broth is consistently excellent. I highly recommend Saigon Express.

Our family really enjoys this place. It really hits the spot. Husband and kid love the Pho year round and I love their Vietnamese Noodle Bowl with grilled shrimp. I don’t like too many rice noodles so I ask them to do 1/2 the noodles and more lettuce and they always get it right. Service is awesome and we always get our food quickly. Definitely recommend.

Super legit little family owned spot. I’ve tried almost all of the pho in Longmont and this place is the most authentic, both in flavor and experience. The veggie pho broth actually has flavor which seems to be hard to find in Longmont pho options. The chilli oil is fiiire, I mean be careful when you use it cuz it’s HOT! The food arrives promptly and has been fresh and consistent each time I’ve visited. Don’t be a whiney whitey and complain about the service, it’s authentic and the family who owns the spot are sweet and kind.

First off, you’ll see in my reviews I give praise when deserved, and shun when needed. Today I had lunch and dined in. I ordered the rare steak pho and chicken wings. Before was OK. The steak was a little tough like it had been sitting in there or maybe wasn’t their normal cut of rare steak. It was already in the bowl when it arrived to the table. The wings as you will see in the photo came out a little short, no pun intended. If I’m going to pay nine dollars for six wings it would be nice to have an actual chicken wing and not just a piece of bone and Skin. To make this more interesting, I’m looking around for my waiter so I can get my check, mentioned my Wing short coming and get on with my day. All to find him sitting down having lunch. My water had been empty the entire meal and I asked him if he would kindly discount the chicken wing plate because who would pay three dollars for those two sad pieces of chicken remnants. He replied I’ll let the owner know next time. No worries good service is reflected in the tip, that’s the beauty of it. You may have a different experience but this is not a good one for me. One star for multiple fails today. No return for me
