This place has never disappointed since the day they first opened. I moved out here four years ago, and at the time, there wasn’t much authentic cuisine nearby — most spots felt a bit too Americanized. That’s why I’m especially grateful for this restaurant. They’ve truly preserved the culture and authenticity in their food.

As a regular customer, I can also say the staff has always been warm and welcoming. I’ve dined here several times and will be posting a few photos from past visits. What I love most is that the flavor never changes — the quality and taste remain consistent every single time. You can immediately tell the broth is rich, deeply seasoned, and made with care.

This spot is for the real food lovers — the ones who truly appreciate authentic, flavorful cuisine.

I put -1 stars in the Service section just because I didn’t really want to deduct Any Stars bc it’s delicious! but we wanted Veggie Phô, and they are OUT of veggie broth! At one PM.
A woman who came in after us also wanted Veggie Phô, because IT’S DELICIOUS, and we’re not the only vegetarians who count Phô as an easy win for vegetarian food!
Please! Do not keep running out of veggie broth, dudes!

This is currently the only Vietnamese spot in the mall, located upstairs by the food court. It’s a canteen style setup—you order at the counter and help yourself to condiments at the self serve station, so don’t wait for a server. They’ll give you a number and you’ll pick up your food when it’s ready. I tried the Short Ribs Deluxe Pho and the Banh Mi, both were pretty good, and the short rib portion was huge, I even had to take some home.

I usually stay away from Vietnamese food inside of a mall. they tend to be…watered down for the public. what drawn me to this establishment was the beef rib phở. disappointed that they were no longer available and the website wasn’t even updated. so I opted for their deluxe, which included the flank, brisket, and meatballs – if I remembered correctly. also their Vietnamese iced coffee.

now while their deluxe didn’t include all the normal trimmings w tripe and tendons, the amount was adequate. I enjoyed the hot broth and you could tell the noodles were blanched so it came out nice and soft; not in a hard ball you’d have to pry apart. the deepness of the flavor isn’t there. very much bone broth based but lacking a strong aromatic taste from the anise or cinnamon or ginger or coriander. don’t get me wrong, the hints are there…just not distinct.

I enjoyed the coffee. not the best, but good size and quality. not rich in flavor as it would be from just straight condensed milk. it is passable and I’d probably get it again if I’m IN the mall only

for an eatery like this, which is located on the upper level right outside Dick’a Sporting Goods mall entrance, it did it’s job by sticking to the basics and offer the core of Vietnamese food in a small, confined space. I can’t based it off any of my favorite places because then nothing would live up to it. everything was good, not great – but overall for what it sets out to do, it deserved the attention and did it’s job

Shocked! I have always avoided any viet restaurants that’s not in Philly because I have always been disappointed. Saigon Eats have changed my mind! I got the Deluxe Beef Pho. The broth was amazing. Sweet, savory and not oily. You probably only need a little lime and veggies and make some heat in it cause its perfectly seasoned. They’re not cheap with the meat either. The viet latte was good as well but the café in it could have been stronger. My only complaint is thay you have to pick up your order at the counter which would be a hazard for someone who is clumsy (like me) and/or with mobility issues. Overall, I’ll def be back soon!

The food was really good. I love the pho deluxe though wishing the soup was a bit hotter to help cook my meat a bit.

We’ve been to this hidden gem tucked in the KOP mall a few times now, and each time we’ve had a filling, delicious bowl of pho. The portions are extremely generous (especially the amount of meat in the soup), the broth is excellent, and service is quick. We’ll definitely be back.

Updated: I came here again and felt like the food was way overpriced… $18 for a bowl of Steak & Beef Ball Pho. $10 for 2 skewers of fried fish ball. Food wasn’t that great either. Wonder if they had a change in management.

This is the first time we had lunch at a self-serve Vietnamese restaurant and it’s quite interesting! The dining area is decorated beautifully and it’s quite spacious. Ordered food at the counter and it was ready after 3 minutes!

We ordered the Bun Bo Hue, Honey Chicken Vermicelli and Fried Egg Roll. The food was decent and kinda bland but a little fish sauce and chili oil helps. I feel like the portion is a little small to the price, but inflation definitely doesn’t help.

Overall, great experience here! Will definitely come back to try their Pho next time.

I’ve been to many Vietnamese restaurants and lowered my expectations since this one is in a mall—but they exceeded them! Clean place and the seafood pho was very flavorful. Definitely a pleasant surprise
