The deep fried spring rolls are fantastic! The #6 is a great meal and sauce you pour over it is very good. My partner really enjoyed meal #9. The serving sizes are quite big, and prices are affordable. Delivery is $5, so cheaper elsewhere, but I think the meal sizes make up for it.

The sweetest lady!!!! She offered me a bag for my belongings. So kind, made my day. And delicious pho, soo tasty- perfect flavour and noodles. Fresh rolls and the sauce were divine. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve been a huge fan of this restaurant for the last 18 months. the food is fresh, delicious and the service is fantastic! highly recommend the #9! Hoa is an incredible representative of the family business, she will get to know you quickly and she makes sure everything is perfect. I love that I can get a gluten free modified meal that tastes amazing quickly. I order for myself, but also for the whole team at work regularly! highly recommend.

I always get great service at all their locations. The people at the division st, location are so friendly and personable. Had a great conversation and met some adorable kids. Thanks to the couple who owns it or manages it, you have a beautiful family. After having a really rough day it was a breath of fresh air to get such kind and above and beyond service. And the food is to die for. So delicious.

My husband ordered the classic dish of #1 and I ordered #2. Both were phenomenal. The flavor of the soup of from #2 with cilantro in it was so good that I drank to the last bit. The chicken pieces were cut thin along the grain of the flesh and were cooked with right length of time to keep them so tender. I loved it. Thank the lady who prepared it with such care.

One of my favourite restaurants for years! Always great service, consistent food quality, and delicious! They go above and beyond for guests. Limited hours unfortunately, but totally perfect for work week lunches. Super fast phone/pick up service (no fees for me or them).

I have been going here since 2003. Recently they never answer the phone. Due to this I found an amazing Vietnamese restaurant that has better quality and quantity. Yes, they actually have a better version of Saigon’s number 6. Thanks Saigon delights for not answering the phone and actually allowing me to find something better!
