Saigon Corner is one of my go-to Vietnamese spots in Las Vegas. Every time I come here, I already know exactly what I’m ordering because it never disappoints. The escargot with Saigon garlic butter sauce is a must. I always pair that with their fried egg rolls, which are perfectly crispy.
For the main dish, the short rib pho is outstanding. The broth is flavorful, and the short rib is tender. It’s so comforting and satisfying. Everything feels well-prepared and consistent, which keeps me coming back.

The dishes are perfectly seasoned, with clear layers of spices that enhance rather than overpower the flavors, allowing the freshness of the ingredients to really shine through. Whether it’s the mains or the side dishes, everything tastes excellent. And they even have salted cream Vietnamese coffee—perfect!

Outstanding experience, ordered A LOT of good food, everything exceeded expectations from the Shaken Fries, Beef Banh Mi, Tofu and Shrimp Spring Rolls to their Spicy Bone in Beef Soup and the Fillet with Rice. No complaints here, went in hungry left happy and full as ticks.

Holy bowl of noodles! I had the best Bún Bò Hué ever here and they have stuff I’ve never seen at any other Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas or San Diego. Maybe in little Saigon in Orange County there might be a few places that will offer snails, periwinkle, scallops, clams, and crawfish.
I ordered the Vietnamese periwinkle with Saigon Butter Sauce as an appetizer. It was sooo flavorful, with salty, sweet, and a little spiciness in the sauce.
I ended it with a vanilla crepe cake which was the perfect ending ( along with my Vietnamese iced coffee).

This restaurant is our favorite when it comes to Vietnamese food in Vegas. I come back here every single time. Small place but the vibe is always good. The wait can get a little long though if you come at peak time. But the food is soooo worth the wait.

We ordered the grilled pork jowls, Sichuan chicken soft bone, and the cast iron steak with eggs—all three dishes were fantastic. The pork jowls were smoky and tender, the chicken had just the right amount of spice and crunch, and the steak and eggs came out sizzling and full of flavor. Portions were generous, and the service was friendly. The menu has many unique dishes you hard to find everywhere else. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

Pho broth tastes plain, the noodles bun is dry and no taste, the beef is chewy in the rice plate.

Saigon Corner has a street food vibe to it. I went for lunch and ordered the special bun. For the price you pay the portions were generous. My only complaint with the meal was that I felt the shrimp while large, was a bit overcooked as the texture felt a bit rubbery as I was chewing. Beyond that everything else was good. If you have water keep in mind that it will be served in a plastic cup. Servers were friendly.
