I’ve eaten pho in many places , it’s one of my go to meals when I travel. This restaurant is the real deal authentic traditional spot on. I highly suggest the short rib five out of five the owner is usually present if she’s not making your meal, she’s walking in the dining room try her homemade chili sauce. It’s fantastic. It’s upstairs inside the mall at steam town park in the huge parking garage. Take the elevator to the second floor. This place is definitely the best thing going on in the mall.

Enjoy your food while listening to some great music and great service. It was my first time trying Grilled Chicken Pho Soup, and it was absolutely delicious. Of course, I couldn’t resist getting a grilled pork sandwich to take home. Five star all across

Not sure if they’re going for a fusion feel to their recipes / menu, but this definitely doesn’t give off a traditional vibe.
They should have their signature pho but also offer an ultra traditional pho bowl. Their signature is almost traditional except with meatballs, which is served with the thin sliced beef in the broth already. Traditionally I had it before with the meat on the side and as the customer I place the meat myself into the broth.
The bowl is about 15-20% bigger for the same price range too, even in more expensive areas like Philadelphia. Which in my experience as of now has been the best pho, in philly.
I had 2 visits both were OK. The first was steak cause the signature didn’t appeal to me, didn’t look traditional. But the server told me after I had the steak pho, I could get the signature without meatballs. So I went again and the signature was OK. Other than the size difference, and meat laying in the broth already, which makes it harder to know if they left it in the broth for awhile or not, hence why traditionally I place it into the broth.
Steak Pho I would rate it a 3.2/5
Signature Pho a 3/5
Bahn mi a 2.5/5 – I had more juicer bahn mi, meat was dry.

I feel horrible leaving a bad review. They seem like hard working people. Service was exceptional and I really loved the vibe of the whole place. The only reason I’m giving this two star is the food I ordered wasn’t. I ordered the chicken curry. It seems like the chicken was boiled and thrown inside the dish. The broccoli also tasted boiled and added. I guess they try to cut corners but it was so obviously done here. Something was def off with the entire dish but couldn’t put my finger on it. Maybe it was watered down from thawing ? My husband loved his food and our starter was really good.. I just wish I would have tried the pho that everyone was ordering.

We had a great experience here! The restaurant is located inside the (Mall at Steamtown) now known as Marketplace at Steamtown. The pho portions were generous with plenty of meat, especially the short rib option. They do have numerous vegetarian options as well. The fried egg rolls with fish sauce dip were a perfect appetizer. Our server was attentive and helpful. The chef came out to greet us as we finished our meal and made sure we enjoyed everything. She also talked to us about their current specials which we are excited to return to try. It is so nice to have a Vietnamese restaurant so close to home.

I usually order delivery but hands down the most comforting food. That pho literally wraps me in a hug and warms my heart. I love the spring rolls and the tacos or bahnmi. Everything is delicious and very well rationed. The food comes with alot of meat and condiments
condiments 10/10. Love this place

I was lucky to find this place. I had the Vegan glass noodles, omg so so so good. I would order them again and again. I liked that a lot of dishes could be made vegan. The space was nicely decorated and very colorful. The host was a little absent and slow. It wasn’t that busy. However, I would still go and recommend it to anyone at the Steam Town Mall.

Silky and flavorful brothy pho, great service, great portions. Well worth the visit.
I had the spicy beef and pork noodle soup special. It was excellent, though I wasnt the biggest fan of the pork. But I will be back for more pho very soon!

The food was excellent as well! We started with the egg rolls, which we really enjoyed, then we tried the Sunny Side of the Wok Pho, which was very good, and the Banh MI sandwich, which was delicious!
We definitely plan on going back and highly recommend this restaurant!
