Food is good, but the service is the worse, old man so rude. The lady that helped me last time was so sweet and nice. Food was great too, so that’s why I came back. Just for it to be like this, so sad!

environment was very cold and service wasn’t good. employees were all in the back when i entered and took them a while to realize i was there. the guy who took my order and made my banh mi wasn’t friendly either. it’s like they’re not happy to see customers. the banh mi was also mid, stale, and super dry. he didn’t even add veggies in mine, so it felt like i was just eating a regular american sandwich with a few slices of meat. only good thing was the price.

The old man working in the front( I would not even say he was working when I walked in) was very rude and did not have a welcoming face. He gave me stale bread when there was a whole rack of fresh bread and also messed up my order after repeating it multiple times.

Old place, stale and bad food, horrible service, the lady ignored me when I spoke to her then asked me why am I not talking… Extremely unprofessional, the banh mi cha bong was stale, it tasted weird and theres barely any butter. The banh mi nem nuong is very mid, not the nem I expected and the peanut butter sauce didn’t go well with it.

The sandwiches didn’t have a lot of flavor, the carrot strands on the sandwich were dry and the meat didn’t have much flavor. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. Wish I had read the comments about the cleanliness and how the people wear the same gloves to make your food and take money also. I didn’t see it, I wasn’t really paying attention but luckily I didn’t get sick or anything. I hope they do keep the place clean and don’t cross contaminate but I’m pretty sure they may not have taken courses on cross contamination.

Terrible service and was charged extra for being in rush hour. The young lady charged $30 for 2 bread which is $2.50, cha that’s $11 and 3 cup of plain coffee which is $15. Math was not mathing and when confronted she said they added tax now for cash.

This place is unprofessional. Picking up for doordash because she dont understand english perfect that it cause a long delay and i end up getting a violation for it. Need to not do uber or doordash service at all.

So the sandwiches here are good…..but the coffee is stellar! I don’t know how they make it, but I love their iced coffees. If you love espresso based iced beverages at Starbucks, you should give this place a try. It is about $3 for a “grande” sized cup. Service is typical for a Vietnamese sandwich shop, nothing special. You better know what you want by the time you order because you will be skipped over if they have to wait for you to make a selection.
