Ate dinner here last Sunday. Got the House Special Flan Milk Drink and V1. I poured the dipping sauce over the vermicelli noodles salad then added a bit of chili sauce and enjoyed eating it. Boba was good too. And server was attentive and accommodating. Thank you!

Found a bug in my sauce and it lowkey grossed me out. And the food was not the best quality… I spent almost 40 dollars on one pho and shrimp spring rolls and the spring rolls def needed sauce cuz they were nasty on its own. Too bad I couldn’t try the sauce :/ the pho was okay, but you can def find better places in the valley. Very disappointing.

My go to spot for pho in the valley! Saigon Brothers never misses. The broth is rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced — you can tell it’s made with care, not shortcuts. The flavors are authentic and comforting, just like the kind of pho you’d find in a family kitchen in Vietnam. Every bowl hits that perfect balance of savory, herbal, and a little bit of magic.

I was really looking forward to trying this place because the photos of the bún bò Huế looked delicious. Unfortunately, the dish ended up lacking flavor. I asked for extra shrimp paste to enhance the soup, but they refused, saying it was already added.
If you’ve never had bún bò Huế before, this might be okay as an introduction. However, if you’re looking for something more authentic and flavorful, this isn’t it. I probably won’t be a repeat customer.

First time at this place. We spotted this place by chance while looking for parking to eat at another place. Glad we we decided on eating here!
Food was good and place was comfortable. We ordered beef Pho and Vermicelli bowl with grilled beef, shrimp and egg roll. Pho broth was really good! I enjoyed the Vermicelli salad bowl very much because mint was included – Some places don’t put it in. Portion was exceptional. Service was friendly and fast too. We would come back definitely if we were in the area again.

Food was delicious. We went around noon on a Saturday and there was still plenty of seating. You can also call ahead to reserve a table, and they have outdoor patio seating as well. Parking is easy with plenty of spaces available. The egg coffee was good and not too sweet, which I prefer. Staff were friendly and polite. We’ll definitely go back if we’re in the area.

Really good food especially for the price my friends and I are traveling from Illinois and stopped here for lunch. Out of the all the restaurants we’ve eaten at in California this place had the best bang for your buck. I got mini combination pho and was stuffed came with I believe 4 different meats!

We ordered their short rib pho which was simply delicious; the broth was yummy. The bowl was generously portioned and the short ribs were huge that the two of us almost could not finish the one bowl. And another plus is that the soup did not have MSG so no awful side effect afterwards. The staff are all young, nice and polite. I come here regularly for my soupy noodle fix.

I really enjoy this restaurant. My favorite dish is the vegetarian soup. The vegetables are lightly cooked. I am not a big fan of raw vegetables so it isn’t as though they are raw, they cook them just right for my pallet. I could eat here every day. Some of the waiters/waitresses are more pleasant than others.

We had the vermicelli rice with pork and egg rolls and rice plate with beef and shrimp. Honestly I ate the food since I was so hungry and didn’t eat breakfast but I’ll never go back again. For the price and the taste is not an authentic Vietnamese food at all. Also I had a stomach ache after we ate there. Otherwise the place looks clean and the service was not bad. Coming from out of town so I just wanted something Asian and close by to where I was at. Sorry but just want to give an honest review. I’ve had plenty of vermicelli plates in the Bay Area and can’t even compare to this! Their noodles were overcooked too.
