I came from Vietnam and live in SoCal and tried many sandwich places. This is the best sandwich I’ve tried so far in the State. Very much like the ones I usually have in Vietnam, makes me miss Vietnam so much. A lot of stuffing, meat is very well seasoned and lots of veggies.
The design is so cute, especially the Cho Ben Thanh drawing.
Love the beef sandwich and patechaud so so much. I came the second day just for those.
Will come back if I have a chance.

The food here is, fresh delicious and made to order. Don’t sleep on the Patechaud because they run out.
Super flaky and the filling is flavorful.
The ratios for each of the ingredients in their sandwiches are generous and even. They make all of their breads in-house and their coffee’s are a must have (I just wish the jelly was half the size to be able to drink through the straw and less ice).
They are a little pricey but i think it is reasonable for the area. Over I would definitely recommend checking this place out. My tip, order ahead so you aren’t left waiting but they have a good ambiance so I personally wouldn’t mind.
Everything I had:
– Patechaud 5/5
– Saigon’s Signature Sandwich 5/5
– Coconut Cloud Coffee w/ Coffee Jelly 5/5

I traveled here from Alabama and accidentally stopped by for lunch with my children. I was so surprised because the food was delicious. I didn’t have high expectations for the drinks since they mainly sell sandwiches here, but the milk teas were so good, just as good as other famous milk tea brands. My children absolutely loved the chicken and the milk tea; they drank every last drop, haha. I’ll probably need to take my kids out to play a lot to burn off the energy after that milk tea 😀 (Oh, and the staff were also very nice, always coming to ask if we were satisfied or needed anything.)

New Bánh Mì bakery in Mountain View @sgbreadfast was so good my mom asked to download their app to order for next time!
Favorites were the đặc biệt (combination), egg rolls, pate chaud, and taro boba
We loved that they also have buy 4 get 1 free too!

Oh my. We ordered a large pork belly sandwich. The crunch of the bread at first bite passed the test. It was light and airy. The flavors and texture were great as expected. We got to try the pate chaud as well, the flakey crust with a bite of savory was very nice. Service was welcoming and efficient. We have stopped by a few more times since our first visit. We brought friends to try on different occasions and they loved it. The fried chicken is flavorful and the ca phe sua da is great. Today I tried a small banh mi #8 and added an egg. That was lovely with the same nice texture as usual. We were also able to try a new drink, coconut milk with cocoa. Rich flavor from the coconut and good cocoa flavor, the sugar can also be adjusted for preference. The sandwiches are a good value because the bread is fresh and the ingredients generous. You would have to drive to San Jose to get another good authentic banh mi. Tried the bo kho with banh mi. (beef stew with bread). It is a more subtle flavor, rich broth perfect for dipping bread. The meat is cooked perfectly, easily falls apart and not dry. A nice addition to their sandwich menu and a good idea for a craving.

Came here with my coworkers to try out this new banh mi place. We tried a bunch of their menu since we have 4 people and everything was fresh and delicious! A fusion of Vietnamese banh mi and snacks catered for the modern American and Vietnamese taste bud. I had the grilled beef and their Saigon signature banh mi. The veggies were as fresh as it gets and the meat is well marinaded and made to order so it was great (I eat banh min everyday during college). All their snacks like eggrolls, corn dog, and Taiwanese chicken were delicious too. I also tried the foam coffee. It was not too sweet and the foam added the perfect balance, much better than most coffee shops. Definitely worth coming back to.

STUFFED banh mi with fresh cut ingredients. The bread is soft yet crunchy. Just the right level of umami in each banh mi. They also have a Nice lounge to hang out. Great decor. Multiple ordering methods. This is my favorite sandwich spot in Mountain View… In Mountain View.

I was excited for the soft opening there were and lots of Banh Mis to choose from. I ordered one Grilled Pork and one Chicken Banh Mi and being 100% honest the bread was extremely tasty and moist with the right texture, however the sauce from the sandwich was too sweet and too much, hard to taste the meat since it was soggy. I would give 5 stars if they would improve the toppings like the sauce and meat.

Have tried a few items so far, the grilled pork banh mi is my favorite. The egg cream iced coffee was also great. Will be back to try more. The interior looks very cozy.
(I was reached out to and experienced great customer service after my takeout order was made wrong one time.)

I stopped by Saigon BreadFast during their soft opening and instantly fell in love! The Bánh Mì tastes super fresh — crispy bread, flavorful meat, and that perfect balance of pickled veggies. The egg coffee blew me away — rich, creamy, and just the right sweetness. It reminded me of the coffee I had back in Vietnam. The staff were really nice too, and you can tell they put a lot of care into everything. I’ll definitely be coming back!
