I happened to come on the opening day with my husband and we were both blown away! First, the service was wonderful. All of the staff were so kind and friendly. Second, the food was phenomenal. I ordered the shrimp pho and my husband got the pork vermicelli. All of the ingredients were so fresh and steaming hot when we got them. I have actually been so disappointed in the local Vietnamese food I started making it at home. I definitely won’t do that anymore! 5/5, we will definitely be back soon.

Edit: we came back on 6/17 again and both ordered pho! The portion sizes were great. We got two appetizers and two entrees for $49 which I thought was very reasonable for the quality of food. The staff are very sweet and accommodating. Added a photo for reference.

The service sucked. The staff is unfriendly! Even tho it didn’t appear to be busy, it took a long time for the food to arrive. My pho bowl was wrong despite me putting emphasis on what I wanted. My egg rolls were cold inside. I asked for more, the Vietnamese worker, I assumed the cook, said I was lying. Literally called me a liar. I have never had suck a terrible experience at a Vietnamese restaurant. Highly do not recommend!

This is definitely not the same restaurant it was before the new ownership took over. I used to eat here all the time but after the new owners took over the food is not prepared to the same standard.

The pho is OK, but they don’t serve it with Thai basil or culantro, at least not the two times I went. One time I asked for extra veggies on the side and they brought me only a large plate of blanched bean sprouts. Communication is a real problem. They don’t seem to understand English very well. They will likely mess up your order if you don’t point to exactly what you want on the menu. Don’t bother asking for anything extra or special.

The general tso’s chicken was tough, like they used dark meat that was old and dry. The sauce was not anything like what I expected either. It didn’t have the right balance of sweet and savory and it used different ingredients. I honestly don’t know what it was made of. It wasn’t something I’d come back for.

I used to look forward to coming here 2 years ago. It was always one of the top 2 or 3 places first on my mind when coming to Warner Robins to do my shopping. Now I don’t even think of them. In full disclosure the last time I ate here was about 4 months ago. I hope they have stepped up their game since then, but restaurants don’t usually change that dramatically.

This restaurant definitely deserves the 5 stars that I gave it. I had the Oxtail Pho bowl with side of Tendons added. My PHO was so good and well worth ordering. my husband had the lemon grass chicken sandwich and when I say it was tasty I mean it. To top it off my server was very attentive and polite… I will definitely be back!

Very authentic vnese food! Their broth is as good as my hometown in VN!
The owner is a sweet grandpa on top of that.

The food here is just decent, it has a homemade feel, but it doesn’t reflect authentic Vietnamese cuisine. This spot might be okay if you’re in the mood for fried rice or salads, but I wouldn’t recommend it for Pho or Banh mi.
The price doesn’t match the quality or portion.
Although the chef is Vietnamese, his skills come across as rather amateur, which is disappointing to admit.

I also happened to know during my visit that the restaurant sources most of their ingredients from City Farmer Market – an Asian grocery chain known for its budget-level produce and poor sanitation. This calls into question the pricing even more, as the ingredients are far from premium.

The Pho broth had an unpleasant odor, likely due to poor technique in handling the beef. It wasn’t a rich, meaty aroma, but rather the off-putting scent associated with stress hormones from industrial slaughter. Even using fresh meat won’t fix that without proper culinary skill. On top of that, the broth was cloudy, probably from being reheated or cooked at excessively high temperatures. Also, no culantro was served – a key herb and the essential soul of a proper bowl of pho. Neither the chef nor the staff (who appear to be family members) were even familiar with this herb.

The fried rice had good texture, each grain was well-separated yet moist. But the use of margarine for fragrance overwhelmed the natural flavors of the seafood and meats. The seafood used was low in quality, especially considering the price point. Seafood fried rice consisted of fish balls and imitation crab sticks, which felt like corner-cutting.

The goi (Vietnamese salads) were decent, and the fish sauce dressing was fine, though nothing stood out. Again, the price felt too high for what you actually get.

The BBQ short ribs with rice were marinated well, but the portion was small and the meat sliced thin – noticeably less than what you’d get at T Break. It also lacked the usual pickled carrots and daikon typically served on the side. Overall, not worth the high price.

The Banh mi was disappointing. The baguette was overly hard and crumbled with each bite. It came with no fresh herbs or vegetables – just bread and filling. Once again, not worth the price.

In summary: I’d also strongly suggest the restaurant reconsider its pricing, especially given the quality of ingredients used.

You know it’s authentic when the owners who are also the servers don’t speak any English. Best pho I had in a long time!!! Gave it 4 stars for service bc they literally spoke no English which made it difficult to explain how to divide the check or ask about the different plates and what they contained. I’ll be back again though

When we arrived, no one was at the front to greet or seat us. It felt disorganized from the start, and it’s clear more attentive staff are needed. Our waitress took our order but forgot it, and we were asked to repeat our order twice by someone else. The food came out very slowly, and once it arrived, our waitress never came back to check on us.

The restaurant itself needs attention. The soy sauce bottles on the tables were dirty and some appeared rusted, and overall cleanliness was lacking. While the pho itself tasted good, the overall quality of service and cleanliness took away from the experience. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make us want to return.

Visited last night and ordered pho tai and bun rieu. The broth in the crab noodles was a little bit bland but a little extra chili garlic sauce fixed it. First time trying this dish so I was unfamiliar with the crab “meatball”, and was expecting something a little different but glad I ordered it. The fried tofu was excellent & absorbed all the savory tomato flavor from the broth. They gave a generous helping of banana flowers, fresh basil and jalapenos-yum. Friendly atmosphere and staff ~

My fiancé and I did not have a pleasant experience. No one was at the front to greet us. Eventually we were greeted and sat down at a dirty table. We ordered our food and a specialty drink, only to be told there is a specific guy that makes the drinks and he just walked out. We received our food which honestly was good. It was a pleasant surprise considering the vibe of the place. We ordered the pho which requires soup spoons to eat. The soup spoons at the table were dirty so we asked for regular silverware. The server gave us forks. It was pretty laughable. Overall, decent food, horrible atmosphere.
