The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The grilled lamb chops were tender, juicy, and full of smoky flavor, with sesame and garlic adding a great aroma. The dipping sauce paired perfectly with the meat. The crispy chicken rice bowl was also amazing—the chicken was crunchy on the outside and moist inside, while the soft omelet and fresh green onions added a nice balance. Every bite was flavorful and satisfying. Overall, the dishes tasted fresh and well prepared. I would definitely order this again and highly recommend it.

I had a great experience at Saigon Bistro in Chantilly. The restaurant is clean, modern, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect during the meal.

The food was delicious and tasted very authentic. I especially enjoyed the pho and egg rolls—the broth was rich and flavorful, and the ingredients were fresh. The portions were generous and well worth the price.

Overall, Saigon Bistro is a wonderful place to enjoy Vietnamese food with family and friends. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for tasty Vietnamese cuisine in the Chantilly area.

Saigon Bistro in Chantilly was a great find. We tried the bo bun hue, bun cha, and the spring rolls, and everything hit the spot.

The bo bun hue had a deep, rich broth with a really satisfying kick, and the portion was generous. The bun cha was super flavorful—fresh herbs and veggies on the side, and the grilled meat was smoky and well-seasoned. The spring rolls were light and refreshing, and the peanut sauce was perfect.

Service was quick, the food came out hot and fresh, and the place felt clean and comfortable. Definitely coming back.

Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, and the portions were generously huge—perfect for sharing or taking home leftovers. The lobster was already shelled, which made it incredibly easy and enjoyable to eat without the usual mess.
But what truly made our visit unforgettable was the service. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, genuinely friendly and professional. Instead of trying to upsell, the server even suggested we ordered one fewer dish because the portions were so large. It was hands-down the best service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Honestly, the evening felt so welcoming that I didn’t want it to end—I almost wished we could have stayed longer just to enjoy the atmosphere a bit more.
Highly recommended!

The pho here is excellent — the broth is rich and flavorful, and the portions are generous with plenty of meat. Unfortunately, the other dishes didn’t quite meet the same standard.
We ordered the Saigon rice platter, but the pork chop was dry and lacked that chargrilled flavor. The shredded pork, meat, and shrimp cake didn’t taste very fresh. The “Shaking Beef” was just average — the meat was a bit tough and the flavor was underwhelming. The whole fried branzino could have been crispier and also didn’t taste as fresh as we had hoped.
We were really looking forward to trying this restaurant because of its high ratings and interesting menu. In our experience, the pho is definitely the standout. The strong reviews may also reflect the lively atmosphere — there were musicians performing and karaoke the night we visited, which added to the entertainment factor.

Every time a new pho spot opens in NOVA, I get genuinely excited. I’ve probably tried almost every Vietnamese restaurant in the area, and I’m still chasing that bowl that tops Pho 75 and Pho Duong.

Saigon Bistro is new and has a nice, polished ambiance. It leans toward a fine-dining vibe with clean interiors and a modern setup. But at its core, it’s still a typical Vietnamese restaurant, just dressed up a bit.

Now to the pho.

Unfortunately, it was a bit underwhelming for my taste. The broth was slightly saltier than I prefer, and I couldn’t even finish my bowl. The chili oil (sate) lacked depth and flavor, and the hoisin sauce was thinner than expected. Those small details matter a lot when you’re serious about pho. I was actually the only person in the restaurant at the time, so service was fine, but the bowl just didn’t hit the mark for me.

That said, this is a small local business, and I truly believe in giving new spots a second chance. I won’t be ordering pho next time, but I’ll go back and try something else on the menu because they deserve the opportunity.

For now, solid ambiance, average pho, and room to improve.

Saigon Bistro in Chantilly has truly stepped up their game! The space is surprisingly big and beautifully set up — and on weekends, they even have karaoke with some seriously talented local artists. It makes the atmosphere so lively and fun, perfect for a night out with friends or family.

The service here is amazing — the waiters and waitresses are friendly, attentive, and super fast with everything. I barely had to wait for refills or food, which is always a big plus.

One of their new dishes, the mussels with raw quail egg, totally caught my eye. It looks exquisite — fancy, delicious, and definitely a must-try for anyone who’s a foodie or likes a little adventure when dining out. Their menu has evolved so much since they first opened — from just a few simple dishes to a wide variety of extraordinary, creative, and beautifully presented options.

They still serve the classics like Bún Bò Huế and Phở, which are comforting and authentic, but they’ve also added more unique dishes like the soft shell crab rice in a stone pot — absolutely amazing in both presentation and taste.

Best of all, this spot is only a 5-minute drive from me, so you can bet I’ll be visiting often. Saigon Bistro is definitely a local gem that keeps getting better and better!

Even with a huge 40 person party dominating their dining area when we walked in, Tim and the waitstaff definitely made my daughter’s 11th birthday memorable. In most other restaurants if there is a big group then the smaller tables get ignored. The food was very good and served quickly and they were very attentive towards us as if we were one of the only parties there. My daughter was very happy. Great experience!!!!

Came in on a weekday to get carry-out to bring home for dinner later in the evening. Service here was great; very friendly and helpful. Their menu has all the Viet-favs, including Pho, which is what I wanted. I got 3 Pho Ga and an extra broth and asked for the onions to be separated, as I love them, but a family member doesn’t. Everything was packed perfectly and made to travel. We quickly heated it all up later at dinnertime and it came together perfectly. The ingredients, veggies, and broth were all very fresh.

The broth was incredibly tasty! It had a slight heat to the spice level, which is a welcome addition to the star anise flavors were usually used to. The chicken wasn’t thinly sliced, rather it was pulled and it was also perfect for eating in a soup! The sizes were great, not too chunky and tough…. It was also nicely tender!

Overall, we’ve tried many Pho places in Northern VA and so far this is our favorite! Definitely will return!!
