Local mom and pop pho shop on Carson Blvd in Torrance. Not mind blown like Westminster but plenty good enough for this part of southbay. Cash is preferred or you’ll be paying extra credit card fees.

Credit card processing company charges them, who doesn’t pay those fees Even Amazon pay the fees, it’s a poor decision by the ownership, they are not as busy as they used to, could that be the reason We are definitely going elsewhere next time we have PHO.

10/10 If you want Authentic Vietnamese food, this is the place to go in South Bay area. I got the Vermicelli Special and the noodle was on point and pork/shrimp was cooked to perfection. Their sauce is realllyy goood 🙂 They are doing Take out and Dine-out. Go check them out hehe
