Eggrolls and spring rolls were fine. The Banh Xeo was raw, greasy, and so wet it fell apart and you couldn’t pick it up. I mentioned to the staff and they said it was steamed by a different cook the other cook makes it crispy. The batter was too thick and it was raw and the lettuce was also very old and wilted.

I sure wish RESTAURANTS could find a better alternative to seed oils, my body cannot tolerate.
I loved how they have it decorated, it was so clean, and my brisket Phò was fabulous. They have fresh coconut drinks. The gentleman that waited on me was so fun and he smiled a lot. I definitely would go back. If there was one negative thing about this, Restaurant, it would be who is ever busing the table, basically through the plates in the bus tub, it was so loud, She probably couldn’t hear how loud it was cause she had earbuds in.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Saigon Bistro! The restaurant has a warm, cozy atmosphere with clean and stylish decor that makes you feel instantly comfortable. It’s a great place for a relaxed meal, whether you’re dining alone or with friends.
I ordered the dry egg noodles with seafood, and it was fantastic. The noodles were perfectly cooked with a great texture, and the seafood — including shrimp, squid, and fish cake — was fresh and flavorful. The accompanying broth was light but rich in taste, with fresh herbs and onions that elevated the entire dish. I also had a layered taro and matcha drink that was as beautiful as it was tasty — creamy, refreshing, and not overly sweet.
The service was excellent — attentive, friendly, and efficient. Everyone was welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed without being intrusive. It really made the whole dining experience feel special.
If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food with great quality, beautiful presentation, and outstanding service, Saigon Bistro is definitely worth a visit. I’ll be coming back for sure!

Just revisited Saigon Bistro (4747 E Bell Rd Ste 19, Phoenix, AZ) this afternoon for a quick lunch — turns out it’s now part of the Hello Pho lineup!This time, my pho came in a nice white porcelain bowl instead of the usual black plastic to-go one — already a great sign. The broth was piping hot, noodles were thin and plentiful, and the grilled chicken was super tender and flavorful. Honestly, such a big upgrade from my last visit.Glad to see the quality has stepped up — next time, I’ll definitely try their bento lunch or curry with rice options. Looks like Saigon Bistro is back on my rotation!

Good hole in the wall place for pho. Atmosphere is a typical strip mall feel. Exactly what you would expect at the price point. We came for good and fast pho and that is what we got! Wonderful savory with a slight touch of sweetness broth flavor.

Whenever we come to Scottsdale, this has been our go-to place for Pho. We love their food, and the portions, price, & service have always been good.
