One of the most authentic Vietnamese restaurants I’ve ever been to! They have such an extensive and diverse menu that goes far beyond the typical phos and bahn mis. We got a salad, pho, and a rice bowls. The salad was so fresh and the pickled pig ear was tangy and crunchy, the pho was amazing, and the bbq meat was super flavorful and tender!! Such a satisfying and unique meal.

When I go to Denver to see family Saigon bistro is a staple stop. Noodle bowl and eggroll is my go to! And save room for their flan, it’s out of this world.

Food is pretty good here, but it is on the expensive side of things.
I usually have the combination noodle bowl and it is always good.
Place is kinda busy during lunch hour so plan accordingly.

AMAZING Vietnamese dishes, some that you only find in Vietnam! Flavour was spot on, and service with a smile. Recommended great gluten-free dishes & options.

Have visited twice both on weekdays for late lunch.
So far have tried a few of their dishes and all were very good.
Being a carnivore, I must say, they do their pork (grilled) right
The vegetable side that came with dishes were the perfect pairing. I am not even sure if those julienned veggies were just fresh or were pickled. They were just so good.
Another thing I found fascinating was how much I loved their fried egg. Yes, you read that right….fried egg! For me, it’s the perfect fried egg!
Service is excellent, specially from the lady with long hair worn in pony tail.
Very warm and welcoming.
On the downside, their coffee is at best a 2.5/5.
Still, deserving 5-⭐ in my opinion and will be 1 of my go-to for good food.

Last week new year eve we take a dine in in there. Everything is good. Food is delicious. But that day they have different waitresse. After I paid we go home. But that moment I didn’t pay attention they charge me extra price. Normally two noodle bowl is regular bowl is only $16.98 something. But they put in computer is 2 combination noodle bowl so totally $2 dollars more

My wife and I love this restaurant. The service is great, and they have a wide variety of food. The restaurant is very clean and spacious, something we weren’t really expecting. We’ve been here three times, and every time we’ve ordered (and enjoyed!) the clams. They’re simply a must try. Truly a hidden gem of a restaurant!
2022 UPDATE – We’ve tried an abundance of Vietnamese restaurants in the Denver metropolitan area and this is hands down the best. The food quality is amazing, and certainly worth the price premium over other restaurants in the region.

Nice ambience. I didn’t expect a Vietnamese restaurant to be so clean and neat and this place proved me wrong! Appreciate all the attention to detail that this place has from including pictures in the menu to having wall decorations throughout the restaurant. Service was on point. Appetizers didn’t quite live up to my expectations but will be back to try the main dishes!
Update: I was back to try their salad, rice paper wraps, and deep fried fish. All were so delicious! I am picky about the Vietnamese authenticity and these dishes didn’t disappoint.

Ordered some takeout and was very disappointed. Ordered extra veggies in the low mein, charged us $4 ans gave us extra veggies for pho? So lettuce and bean sprouts. And the chicken for the sweet and sour chicken was mostly breeding and over fried. For how expensive this place e is ($22 for low mein) I would expect better.
