Had take out and also dined in at this place. There’s free parking on site and accessible to other nearby cafes and eateries. The place has plenty of tables and the washroom is clean and well kept. The food is very tasty. The prices are amazingly affordable and portions just right. I love how they are not stingy on vegetables either. I highly recommend the curries with rice. I tried the green curry with chicken and it was delicious. Only suggestion I would make is to give more rice for the saucy dishes. We had to order extra steamed rice. I found the grilled meats to have plenty of rice which should be the same. Tried the lemongrass grilled chicken and pork and found the chicken to be on the drier side and slice to be a bit thin. The meat portion can be a bit more. However, all around the food is great. I recommend this place as a go to spot for Vietnamese and Thai food.

Absolutely love this place! It was a pillar of my undergrad experience for the reasonable prices and large portions, and I always go back for a meal whenever I visit campus. It can get busy around dinner time but the staff are always efficient to get people in and out quickly.
My go tos are #14 C or D (deep fried dumplings with pork) and the #32 (beef and mixed veggie stir fry). Also pictured was their spicy noodle special, but I don’t remember the name. Overall, I would recommend for a well priced, yummy meal!

I can genuinely say this is authentic pho. And that’s hard to come by anywhere, let alone in Hamilton.
A good pho broth is the heart and test of any Vietnamese restaurant. So that’s why all there other dishes don’t miss either.
The workers here are so nice. Even having meet my mom once! They always ask how my family is doing and when will be dining with them.
As a great bonus: The prices are beyond affordable, and quality and quantity is always there! That’s how you can tell they truly care about customers!
I’ve been coming here since I’ve been going to Mac! Me and my boyfriend always make a monthly visits for pho 🙂 – which they already know our order by heart ❤️
It’s truly a gem. And even when I’m not at Mac anymore. I’ll be sure to visit here whenever I’m in Hamilton.

A good value for your food. They make you write what you want on a check, but don’t explain that. We sat for a while waiting for our server to come back but my wife figured it out, finally.
We started with the cheese wontons. They were yummy – we were hungry.
I had the Hue style house pho. It was a good spicy. Very hot (temp). My wife was finished her bowl before I was even 1/3 done because it was too hot to eat.
I also had the Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. If you’re in the mood for sweet coffee this is a good choice.

Had a great time at Saigon! Me and my friend enjoyed the food. But I got the rare beef pho, and it did not look cooked to “rare”, but was still quite good. Atmosphere was nice and casual, staff was friendly. Would recommend!

The prices are on the lower end and their portions are reflective of that. Overall, food is good but not great. We ordered 3 dimsum dishes which we were told they steam to order so they came out after our main dishes. The steamed beef balls were disappointing and not as per photos.

Tried the crispy noodles and mixed vegetables and for some reason, I got a stomach upset from the crispy noodles I believe. My sister loved her food as well.

This place is a gem for students seeking a great value-for-money restaurant! The food tastes fantastic, with everything feeling fresh and delicious. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. While it can get crowded, leading to a bit of a wait for a table, it’s definitely worth it.
