Delicious! Great little spot at the top of Reeder’s Alley. The Bahn Mi was so good, fresh and flavorful. The red curry, amazing. The perfect level of spice! And for a fun treat, try the curry popcorn! YUM! So glad we stopped in. The service was excellent as well

Holy moly! Who knew that a flavor extravaganza was located in Reeders Alley. This place is amazing! The flavors are superb! The quality is great! And location is super. Just eating Vietnamese food on a small patio looking at the mountains, what could be better. Get the popcorn for sure! Warning, if you are not a cilantro fan, vietnamese food is not going to be your thing. The Bahn Mi sandwich was out of this world. I was skeptical about carmelized pork, but it added a new depth of flavor to the sandwich. Friendly staff, cute set up, and delicious food….the perfect place for a Friday date night or if you just want a relaxing lunch. Take a break from the typical Americana cuisine and get on over to Saigon Alley!

What a treat it is to have such tasty food in Helena! Saigon has a great variety to choose from and often they have specials. I love their red curry and thai iced tea, but my favorite menu item is the curry popcorn! It’s a must have! This restaurant is located in a great historic area that has amazing views of downtown.

This place is fantastic!!! We got the rice paper rolls to go and it’s probably the best ones we’ve ever had! Just the perfect amount of spice and flavour. Defiantly going to go back there to try more of the menu!!

I just love this place and the staff!! I rolled in at 8pm, knowing they were closing in 30 min. Being in the service industry myself, I know what it’s like when someone comes in right before close So I asked if they were cool with still serving, and the response was “absolutely!! We’re open until 8:30!”. Made my soul so happy, because the food makes my soul happy!! It’s so nice to have this type of food available later in the evenings. It’s so good. It’s so fresh. And they have something on the lighter side of that’s what you’re looking for. Don’t ever leave us Saigon Alley!! ❤️❤️

One of the better restaurants with vegetarian fare around, if not the best. The vermicelli rice noodles with the veggie bowl were perfection, angel haired and pairing well with the pickled carrots, cucumber, baked tofu and sauces.

Pretty disappointing. The Buddha bowls were quite basic and probably cost pennies to make and yet were $15 each – white rice, not so fresh pickled cucumbers, the “mash” and some bland tofu and scant herbs. The kitchen/prep area looked dirty, our table was filthy and the table condiments were almost empty and also filthy. The building itself and stairs leading up to the place looked abandoned with weeds and overgrowth everywhere. It looks like a place where no one cares. I now know why the tip is factored into the price.

Fantastic place in an awesome location in old Reeder’s Alley. Nothing better than grabbing a banh mi on their deck and looking out across Last Chance Gulch and the valley. Delicious fresh food, great staff. I live elsewhere in the state but go out of my way to find myself in Helena at times of day when I can stop in here. I also appreciate their hours – open on Sundays and until 830pm most days.
