The service was excellent and the restaurant itself is very clean with a nice aesthetic. The drinks were good. As for the food, the noodle dish was a little too salty, mainly due to the sauce, and the soup was a simple clear broth nothing particularly memorable. Prices were on the higher side, with both dishes close to $20 each, which felt overpriced for what was served. Since the restaurant is very small, the tables are very close together. This can limit conversations somewhat and takes away a bit of privacy while eating, especially if you want to have a quiet conversation. Overall, great service and atmosphere, but the food and pricing didn’t quite match the experience.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The Pho Bo, one of the best I had in my life, the dessert and coffee also amazing!!! 100% recommend if you’re looking for a vietnamese restaurant or if you’re looking for something new to try and be amazed!!! It’s a pitty I don’t live in Stuttgart, because I would visit on a normal basis!!

I had the CƠM THIT HEO NƯỚNG SÀI GÒN.
The pork was melt in your mouth.
At first I thought the omelet was tofu, anyway it tastes very good. The pork tastes even better with the paired Fishsauce mix.
On the menu it says it is spicy but there was no hint of spicy at all, maybe they just opted not to because people couldnt take the spiciness. I will ask for the spicy one next time.
The only downside is that even if the restaurant is connected to the Milktea shop next door, you cant order through them.

It is located at the main square of the city. It is tiny, with a limited menu but vegan/vega options are there. The staff is friendly and efficient. The service is quick.

This was my first time here. I was walking by and just popped in. I’m so glad I did because the food was great. The service staff were really nice. I didn’t get her name but the young lady was very sweet and attentive. I would definitely go back!

Called in for a late lunch today with a colleague. Staff are really polite & welcoming & the food was tremendous. I decided on the beef poh – a great choice. Portion size was good, ingredients fresh & the broth aromatic… I was also impressed with the vegan options available & my colleagues choice of Bahn Mi looked & (I’m told) tasted amazing!!!!

Best Vietnamese food we’ve found in Germany. The soup broths (Phở and Bún Bò Saigon) were rich, salty, and had depth of flavor usually lacking in Viet restaurants in Germany. The Bánh Mì was delicious. As were the desserts. The only critique I would have is the Cafe Sua Da. It tasted great, but had added milk vs. the normal just expresso and condensed milk. But it did taste great so it gets a pass. The service was fast and courteous and the prices were in line with Viet restaurants all throughout Germany. And the portions were bigger than normal. Considering the taste a better value than most.
Our server on our visit was Châu, and she did an excellent job handling all our orders and questions.

Saigon75 Streetfood Restaurant a lively, cozy place located in the heart of the Stuttgart City bustling with visitors; serves authentic Vietnamese cuisine. We went there as a family for lunch and relished their Mango Maracuja for drinks; Spring Rolls (Goi Cuon) and Cha Gio Vietnam (Shrimp) for Starters. We relished their Paradise Bowl Shrimp with Soy Sauce and Shrimp in Green Curry with sticky rice. The dishes were well cooked, fresh, not spicy and awesome. They have indoor and outdoor spacious seatings. The staff are helpful and great making every guest comfortable. Worth going again.
