Great VIetnamese place in Orange County, there aren’t many good Asian eateries in Orange and this has to be one of my favourites. They serve bowls that are not too pricey and very filling. They also do catering. The servers are super nice and the vibes are super chill. I highly recommend the pork belly as it’s house made and fantastic. I would definitely come back again if I had the chance. I heard they have a place in Irvine too.

We had such a great experience here! We ordered the pho, pork belly banh mi, egg rolls, and drinks, and everything tasted fresh and really flavorful. The pho broth was comforting without being too heavy, and the pork belly banh mi had the perfect balance of crispy and tender.
The space is casual and modern, and service was smooth. I also love that they sell some of their products in stores so you can enjoy it at home too. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

We stopped by Saiga in Orange for a quick bite and they had fast service and delicious and healthy food. The pork belly was tender and not too oily and grilled pork was delicious too. We enjoyed the garlic noodles, kimchi fried rice and vermicelli. They also have a lunar new year promo right now and lunch specials. They also have frozen pho at Costco – we definitely want to try it sometime! Pro tip: Their pork belly and garlic noodles and cookie are all delicious!

Found a new fav spot

Easy to find and lots of parking spaces available. Love the interior decorations!

☕️ Vietnamese Coffee
Strong flavor and not too sweet! One of the best Vietnamese coffees I’ve tried!

Passion Pop
This blended passion fruit drink was the best hands down! SO MUCH passion fruit flavor

Garlic Noodles with BBQ Chicken
This is for the garlic lovers!
There’s a nice kick and spiciness from the green aioli sauce. The BBQ chicken is tender and a little crispy on the outside. The skin is crispy and fragrant like Peking duck

Banh Mi
Soft and crispy baguette and tender pork belly with crunchy skin and the carrots were nicely cooked, not too soft or hard
Flavorful and not too salty. So many different flavors just in one sandwich!

Staff was friendly and the service was quick!
They also have a kiosk for self-ordering.

Would go back if I’m in the area!

Saiga eatery in orange is the best spot if you’re looking for something casual and tastes great. Nothing here is over $15 and you can get a 24 hour bone broth piping hot bowl of pho or one of their specialty pork belly vietnamese sandwiches. Just look at how thick their meat is. For something lighter, my favorite item is their grilled pork salad. The meat is so tender and smoky and you’re going to want more of that green sauce.

Saiga is the move when you want Vietnamese food that’s quick but still satisfying.
Their bánh mì has crunch and flavor layers, the garlic noodles are rich and comforting, and the vermicelli bowls keep things fresh. Orders come out fast, travel well, and don’t disappoint.
Great lunch option in Orange.

I discovered Saiga Vietnamese Eatery from a bunch of Instagram videos and had to try their Orange restaurant! However, they have another spot in Irvine that also has a ton of positive reviews! Saiga presents itself as a chill and casual place for quick and delicious dining from a well-varied menu that is mainly popular for takeout, but I couldn’t help but notice the fall decorations and the television playing cartoons. Service is very fast and polite–I truly appreciated the hospitality of the server working there that day!

We ordered the following (with ratings):

Garlic noodles with pork belly : 10/10 (especially with sauce!)
Grilled pork salad : 9/10
Combination pho : 8.5/10

Food was really delicious and well prepared. I ordered a bbq chicken banh mi, a combination pho, and bbq chi vermicilli. Entrees were not oily at all and the portions were perfect. I also love how they were placed in the containers. Worth a stop if you’re near the Target area on Tustin St.

Quick, tasty, and kid-friendly — Saiga Vietnamese Eatery is a hidden gem!
The garlic noodles are packed with flavor, and the crispy pork belly tastes just like classic HK roast pork — comfort food at its best.

They’ve got great drink options too — from proper coffee (not those random mixed ones!) to refreshing lemonade, super modern vibes.
It’s perfect for families: food comes out fast, but it’s definitely not your typical fast food.

Getting out of my comfort zone I had to check out Saiga Vietnamese Eatery in the City of Orange and I had no regrets. There three simple goals here at Saiga Eatery, make it fresh from scratch and serve quickly. With that said I aimed for 4 items.
1. Combination Pho – Which had slices of Fatty Brisket and Filet Mignon. Sipping broth I was impressed with the aromatics and flavor considering they don’t use msg. Which is fine as long as you can bring out the umami, and they did by oven roasting their spices prior to steeping them into the bone broth for 24 hours . With the simple take on herbs I enjoyed adding the basil and bean sprouts to add more flavor and freshness.
2. Pork Belly Banh Mi – If you like the crunch of roasted pork belly and a fresh baguette then this sandwich is for you. With pickled and Julianne’d carrots, cilantro, sliced jalapeños ️ and a spread of their homemade mayo and soy sauce on the crunchy baguette, its a perfect combo with their crispy roasted pork belly
3. Garlic Noodles – Wheat noodles in a roasted garlic butter and parsley had a savory and slight sweetness to it. To mix it up a little bit I added bbq chicken and it was nicely marinated and pouring the green sauce it had a savory, sweet and slight kick.
4. Blended Coconut Thai Tea – exactly what it says but in a smoothie blended form. The mixture was a sweet wonderful pairing between the two.
