The pho was perfect for this windy, cooler day, but the real star for me was the BBQ chicken with garlic noodles. So flavorful, extra garlicky, and that green aioli-lemony, tangy, and honestly good enough to drink on its own
Both drinks were bold, sweet, and super refreshing, the perfect contrast to the warm, hearty dishes. Definitely a spot I’d come back to for comfort food done right.

Very tasty Vietnamese food. Service is extremely quick & staff is friendly & welcoming. I tried the lychee lemonade, bbq chicken garlic noodles & pork belly banh mi & they were all incredibly delicious! My favorite thing was probably the banh mi, the pork belly is super good & crispy. I would like to start off by saying the broth in my brisket pho was SO delicious! I honestly had no words for it when I started eating it.
The service is great and how quickly the food came, on top of that how great the quality of food is, The crispy pork belly was yummy & the garlic noodles had the perfect amount of garlic!
Vietnamese coffee was strong but love the ratio of coffee and milk!

Delicious food and great presentation, even for takeout. We ordered the vermicelli chicken plate, chicken bánh mì, chicken rice plate, and garlic noodle chicken. Everything was flavorful and well plated. Super convenient to take to go and still tasted fresh at home. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely love Saiga in Irvine’s office park area! It’s mostly a takeout spot with limited seating, making it super convenient for grabbing lunch and heading back to the office. Everything I tried was delicious: the Pho Combination loaded with goodies, the melt-in-your-mouth Pho Brisket, and the flavorful Grilled Pork on Rice. The drinks stole the show though – Strawberry Lemonade was bright and tangy, and the Lemon Guava Green Tea was uniquely refreshing. Food came out quick, portions were generous, and the staff was welcoming. They do catering too, which is great for corporate events. 10/10 – fresh, authentic, and perfect for a weekday treat! Will be back soon.
