Saida is an AMAZING grub. For appetizers, the K-pop chicken is the BEST option that would satisfy a small group before their meal. The sauce on the wings, with the onion on top. It was so so yummy.

We got the Sunset roll, Playboy roll, and Godzilla roll. All fantastic choices. The Godzilla was a recommendation from our waiter, and it was our favorite!!

Totally get the Kpop wings, and enjoy their vibes! My photo was AFTER we ate most of it, so please enjoy

Saida is a hidden gem. I had the best experience from start to finish. The sashimi and oysters are next-level fresh. Vietnamese coffee is divine. If you want high-quality sushi and incredible flavor profiles, look no further —This is the place! On top of their 5-star dishes, the service is top-notch. Dat and his team will take amazing care of you. 10/10 Recommend!!

This was PHENOMENAL, I cannot say enough good things! My husband and I went here for the first time and boy was it a great decision!! We ordered the jalapeno poppers, pho, rainbow roll, and spicy salmon roll. They were all incredible, and I would order them all again! The atmosphere is so welcoming and beautiful, and the service was fantastic from begining to end. We will definitely be returning!

We’ve tried several items at Saida and we really enjoy the friendly, fast service and casual, but not too casual atmosphere. All of the sushi rolls we’ve had were fresh and delicious. We also really like the Viet pork rolls and the gyoza. We had the Thai Basil Fried Rice tonight but that was a miss. It had a lot of fresh veg in it, but I couldn’t find or taste any basil and it was bland. We’ll happily stick to the sushi and appetizers! The Love Potion drink is also a winner!

Better than most places in Seattle of similar cuisine. The pho broth is top notch. Great service. Cool atmosphere. Our waitress Grace was terrific.

The portion here was great. I enjoyed their pho and K-pop wings (they were really big, too). Also, you are never really going wrong with spring rolls. Overall, food was yummy.

Now about the service. My party was not satisfied. They never refilled our water. The server that was serving our table did come by like around a couple of times. We were not able to find her when we did need some help so we tried to catch the attention of other servers to come by to ask about a missing part to our food, asking for to go boxes and for the check three separate times. I don’t blame our server, though she was like in charge of another big party too, but there were so many staff, so I’m not sure why things were slow?

The toro and the hamachi was super fresh. The toro was super flavorful. When it comes to the rolls, we tried like 14 of them so we got a good sampling of them. They were ok … Nothing too special but I can say, the rice to fish/mains ratio was good. Our server was very nice too.

My wife and I tried this place as we love sushi and have been to many places. The rolls were smaller than the average size. My wife can usually barely finish two sushi rolls, but here she was easily able to finish 3. We both felt satisfied with 3 rolls each, but I could have maybe ate one more. The caterpillar lacked in eel meat and a bit of flavor, it was pretty much an avacado and cucumber roll. Our favorites were the crappy roll and sunset. The chefs and waitress were very friendly and attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Sushi is not the best here, next time we will try the other dishes.
