A family owned restaurant that serves up incredibly delicious Mediterranean food! Our server was so kind and attentive, and she made us feel immediately at home. The portion sizes were very generous and we were so full in the end. Our personal favorites were the baba ganoush, lentil soup, and the Sahara combination.

Love this place so much. It has been a staple in my household for years now and the lamb and chicken combo is to die for. It’s a bit pricy but the food is sooo worth it. The thing I love the most is how consistent the food is. I’ve never had a bad meal here out of the hundreds of times I’ve been here. The workers are so kind and I only wish the best for this restaurant.

The Sahara is a great little restaurant on the east end of Pasadena, across the street from the beautiful Orthodox church on Colorado. It isn’t large or fancy, they close early, at 8 p.m. but….the food is great, plentiful and the menu has all what you’d expect in a middle east restaurant. It appears to be family run, the Mom & Dad were in the kitchen, our server is the daughter. Definitely a place to return for an early meal.

First thing when we walked in was the delicious aroma of meats cooking. It made my mouth water. The restaurant is clean and the staff very friendly. I got the khash-khash kabob, my partner got the Lula kabob. The staff were amazingly friendly and welcoming.
