Maybe it was the time we went, but the place was dead empty and kinda spooky! None of the lights were on in the bowling area. Everything was sticky and the entire place could use a thorough wipe down. Really makes you wonder what the kitchen is like… Like previous reviews, there was an ice cream floor freezer in the dining area full of frozen meat. It was gross and really unappealing. Wouldn’t even trust this place with to go orders.

Overall not impressed The pizza was ok but pasta was not good. They didn’t bring the food out at the same time, I was almost done with my food before my kids got their food. They had frozen food out in the dinning area in an ice cream freezer. My son (10 years old) said Gordon Ramsay needs to vist the place Lol.

Ordered the twisty garlic breadsticks (2 orders) and 2 14 inch pizzas. The pizza was delicious but my garlic breadsticks had VERY little garlic butter and most were totally dry. This place used to put a bunch of the garlic butter but after the ownership changed a few years back it has decreased and after tonight having almost none I don’t know that I will be back as this is the main reason I drove from North Bend to get Saharas and now no one wants to eat what is basically just a breadstick.

Pizza: we ordered the sahara , good quality toppings onion and pepper tasted fresh, cheese flavor was not my cup of tea but definitely not disappointed. Toppings were a little bit light on the meat wise, crust was basic but good. Pretty damn good pizza for a bowling alley
Environment: cozy little bowling alley but the booth seats did pop up a bit when you sat on the edge to get closer to the table.
Service: nice older gentleman, not rude.
Summary: seems like a nice place to enjoy a pizza and have a couple beers, will have to go bowling the next time! I recommend giving this place a try before judging it by the reviews.

We made a mistake of not taking out italian sausage and asked if we could replace the whole pizza. They were so nice in that they remade the pizza and even said that understood that our religion prohibits us from eating pork. Wonderful atmosphere, the service is great and the food, just as amazing!!!

The cheesy bacon bread was good, but the pepperoni pizza was super soft, & wouldn’t stay straight, but they gave a lot of food. The place was terrible, the seats cushins were completely broken off, & the place was worn down with annoying ringing constantly & the place quite besides that.

Had a chicken pizza which tasted yummy. Staff is also courteous. If you are in for bowling, definitely a place worth visit.

We stopped by Sahara after a train ride across at the depot. We read the previous reviews, but took a chance. We were glad! The pizza was amazing, delicious and quick. The crust was crunchy, chewy and thick. The sauce was tangy and sweet. Of course they added plenty of cheese. Yes…it is part of a dark bowling alley, but the taste was worth it.
