Good pizza at a reasonable price, but one of the creepiest interiors I’ve ever seen. I counted 3 (non-functional) vending machines from seemingly 30 years apart, there were bikes everywhere for some reason, and a wide variety of what looked like roadside freebie armchairs. The pizza was definitely worth it, but on more than one occasion my order has taken upwards of 45 minutes to prepare, or got confused with another one. I would still recommend this place as it’s about the only decent pizza joint in fall city, but advise anyone eating here to check your box before driving away.

My husband and I ordered from here on our anniversary stay in Fall City, and holy cow, the pizza was absolutely delicious! You couldn’t beat the price (we live in Seattle so for us it seemed very cheap) for the amount of toppings. I wish we had a Sahara pizza near where we live!

Good pizza and really cool owner. He sells those bike also. Not just a pizza joint. The bikes are totally awesome and he (the owner) is an authorized dealer of said bikes. If you want one of these bikes this is the place to go. Go check it out and have some delicious pizza while you’re there. Ill go back again for pizza and to check out the bikes. Really cool bikes. Really!

Don’t order from this place! It’s a hit or miss when it comes to quality and customer service. Tried to order pizza before they closed and they refused to take my order because they shut down the ovens almost an hour before closing. Regardless of the COVID-19 going on I was willing to make a big purchase plus a nice tip for the driver but I got denied. On another note I was having this order delivered not even 10 minutes away from this Fall City location.

I was quite impressed with Sahara’s Pizza. Their pizza dough is soft and fluffy, the cheese tasty, and the toppings are great. We ordered 5 different pizzas for carry-out. They were ready within 10 minutes! The customer service was great over the phone wrangling with our weird topping combination.

What I liked:
The taste of their pizza is fantastic! They offer the best pizza, not just in Fall City but the entire Snoqualmie Valley area in my opinion. One bite of a slice of pizza and I was sold. Their pizza is not too cheesy and not too greasy either. But it has a unique taste that can’t be compared with other popular chains. Sahara’s Pizza truly lives up to its slogan as a “gourmet pizza” place. They offer three sizes: 12-inch, 14-inch, and 16-inch diameter pizzas. Sahara’s Pizza also offers salads, pasta, chicken wings, and dessert featuring Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. For soft drinks you have your choice of various Pepsi brands.

What I didn’t like:
Unlike other locations such as Bellevue, Sahara’s Pizza in Fall City does not offer dine-in. Only carry out or delivery are available. And this was true even before COVID 19.

Conclusion:
I highly recommend Sahara’s Pizza to anyone visiting Fall City, WA.

So I went in last night to order 3 different things. It took them almost one hour to make. Little did we know they gave us a plain cheese pizza. We ended up filling up on the other two items and put the pizza in the fridge. This morning, I went to open the box and noticed it was all cheese pizza.

I called them this morning and explained. They told me they don’t have my order in their system and that I had to call back last night if there was a problem.

So then the guy I was talking to at 11:18am on November 13th 2017, went ahead and verbally assaulted me insinuating I was lying. I recorded the conversation as he started to do so and have it now saved.

They did not stand by their food…they did not issue us a refund and they did not replace the food.

They kept saying “there’s nothing I can do.”

This place is run by sickos!

I’ll be sure to get the refund one way or another.

We live out at Ames Lake, so Sahara is really our option for pizza delivery. Unfortunately, in the six or so times that we’ve ordered from them, we’ve literally never had a good experience.

There was the time we ordered ice cream from them. We got a call from the driver on the road saying he’d forgotten it and should he go back? I told him I preferred warm pizza, so he could just remove the ice cream charge when he got back to the store after getting us our pizza. The charge was never removed.

Or the time we asked for them to deliver a pasta dish but asked for the sauce on the side. What we got was the pasta, covered in sauce, with the meat that should have been in the sauce in a separate container. The meat was literally ice cold (as in straight out of the refrigerator). When we called in about it, we were told they’d add a credit to our account. Every time I’ve called in since to get a delivery, they can’t find the credit, and tell me to talk to the owner. I ask them to have him call me (since he’s never there, regardless of when I call). He has never returned our phone call.

Or the last time, where we were told that our pizza would be delivered in 45 minutes. When it arrived 90 minutes later, it was room temperature. Again, I left a message with the guy who answered the phone asking that the owner call me. Still waiting for that call.

The honest truth is that their food is average at best, their service is terrible, and they are quite expensive for what they have on offer. Never ordering from them again. I’d rather drive to Albertsons for a $3 Tortino’s pizza. The quality will be fairly similar, and I won’t be paying through the nose to be treated like crap.

Get pizza from here all the time. I’ve tried most of the different pizzas on the menu and am yet to find one I don’t like. Even tried a gluten free crust once and it actually tastes pretty good. Definitely worth trying at least once if you’re around fall city or don’t want to go out and want it delivered!
