This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was truly impressed. They specialize in authentic Middle Eastern food, and the taste was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.
The service was honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff were extremely respectful, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel valued and comfortable the entire time.
The restaurant is very clean, well-organized, and has a classy atmosphere. Prices are also very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for real Middle Eastern cuisine and top-tier service. I will definitely be coming back!

The food was delicious and amazing staff.
Very accommodating and prices are reasonable.
The owner is a fantastic person, Naeema was incredibly kind, welcoming and even offered free food.
We ordered the falafel platter and fried calamari.

This place is truly phenomenal. All of their food is so delicious, fresh, and flavorful. Their babaganoush is one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I also love their Greek chicken souvlaki sandwich. It’s loaded with meat and tzatziki sauce. The owner and staff are so kind and attentive, as well. Highly recommend trying this place out!!!

Sahara has quickly become one of my favorite destinations for Mediterranean cuisine in the Lehigh Valley. I’ve been here twice with my family, and both times the experience has been exceptional—from the incredible food to the warm, attentive service.
If you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet Tom and Naima, the owners. Their love for food, people, and genuine hospitality comes through the moment you walk through the door. They care about every detail, and it shows.
Bring a favorite bottle of wine and a few good friends, and you’re guaranteed a memorable evening. The chicken shawarma anything is truly the best, their hummus is absolutely to die for, and the pistachio cheesecake is the perfect sweet finish.
A true Lehigh Valley treasure. Highly recommend!

My friend brought me here for lunch because it is one of her favorite restaurants. It is obvious why. Super-clean, delicious authentic food, and the proprietors TRULY CARE about your dining experience. I had the spanakopita and it was amazing! It had the most delicate fresh dill flavor and was served with a side of perfectly-marinated olives. So, so delicious! The hummus appetizer was so smooth and creamy, as well. You will not be disappointed!

MAGNIFICENT FOOD ! The best Mediterranean I have ever eaten ! The food is worth a drive from anywhere. MAKE A RESERVATION! THEY PACK OUT ! The service amazing … the owners are on-site… I was raving to our server how fabulous this food is because I just came back from the middle east and IT WAS BETTER ! From the Hummus and Pita to the Baklava for dessert , the meat was grilled to perfection … the Owners Tom and Naima came out and met our table ! It was one of the best meals I have ever eaten !

The food was delicious, from the marinated chicken kabobs to the hummus and soft pitas to the garlic sauce served with the chicken platter and the tomato, cucumber, onion salad served with the dinner.
The atmosphere is very inviting. The interior decor from the restaurant to their bathrooms is exceptional. Beautiful wall decorations to the hanging lights and the beautiful lamps on each table. Very clean and well kept.
We will be back… I just wish you had a restaurant closer to our home at 2893 Seemsville Rd. Northampton, PA 18067.

Went to this restaurant with my family. I have to say the owner is so, so, so passionate about his dishes and food preparations. He’s a great host and the food was absolutely delicious! Full of flavor, the chicken and all the meat was so tender. We were all so happy we chose to come here. We will definitely be coming back for the hospitality and the yummy food! Btw the owner will take into consideration any allergies and adjust the meals.
