I had an amazing experience with Saguaro Mobile Kitchen! I had to plan a last-minute birthday party for my 13-year-old from a different state, and they made it so easy. I called on a Tuesday, and Alyssa quickly got in touch with a bunch of fantastic ideas for the party just a few days later.
We decided on a full taco bar and creamy chicken chipotle, and everything was spectacular! The cilantro lime vinaigrette on the Tex-Mex salad was absolutely to die for. They even went above and beyond by making a custom cookie cake that wasn’t on their menu, and it was outstanding! Thanks for adding so much to his special day!

The turkey ricotta sandwich was okay. It tasted like lunch able turkey. It would have been amazing with roasted and sliced turkey breast. The cowboy caviar was amazing so was my chai tea latte with pumpkin.

I ordered the beef and the shrimp tacos. Both were caked with so much seasoning, you couldn’t taste anything else on the tacos. I also ordered the blue berry salad which was very good.
