The food is good. The bread is wonderful. My waitress was very friendly. However the wait time to get our food is so long. Even the table beside us was complaining about the length of time they waited for their food. It’s good food good quality just be prepared to wait a while for your food to come out, definitely do not go if you are in a hurry.

Ok you ready for this review. Here it is steak great. This place takes me back to Bananza and Ponderosa. Excellent smashed potatoes. Outdoor style Mac and cheese. My waitress beautiful and hipped to listen to you Madison or Morgan. My wife had the baby backs. With baked potato and slaw. Now she doesn’t mind but the one thing the chef should have done you shouldn’t bake with the large crystals of salt. Think about it. Drinks were good .99 margaritas Kool.

Place is Filthy. Just look around you’ll see.The wood floors and wood sides of the booths are black with grease and dirt. The booths are not clean either. It smells dirty. Ate here yesterday and the ribeye was undercooked-sent back then overcooked. Fourth time here in the last year. Had a steak salad for dinner the first time which was good.(says its tenderloin tips but was actually sirloin). The next two times had sirloin steak both of which were overcooked! It’s a steakhouse and they can’t get the doneness right ! My sister ordered chicken tenders with green beans. Chicken was good-look at the green beans? Look like they were leftovers from 3days ago. She finished her Pepsi and the plastic cup was full of scale. Just disgusting! If I could give 0 stars the would deserve it.

Service was horrible, waitress could care less. Had to wait in line with half of the tables availible. I waited an hour and a half for my food. I didnt get a refill on water until after my meal was over. The appetizer plates had cheese stuck to them.
They brought me 2 empty bottles of steak sauce and my steak was burnt.
Get this! A dang side salad is $3.99! (It comes with cheese and croutons.)

Not great. Being in North Carolina, the barbecue sauce seems to never fail, but the wait was unnecessary because there were very few others in there at the time, and the food was not great. The waitress was very nice, always smiling, but the food took longer than needed to come out, and it disappointed me in the end.

I got a bourbon chicken plate with some broccoli and potatoes. Broccoli was completely overcooked and the potatoes were edible thats all I’m going to say. When I asked them for some rice pilaf they brought literally like some microwave minute rice which was also disgusting. The chicken was good however.

New management did this place some good, everything looked and tasted amazing! The waitress was so great with a great personality! Got everything right and was very pleasant.
On Monday 10 of us went in to eat.
OMG!! There was a guy holding the door for us, we ordered our food, and in no time they were bringing food out.. It looked so so good! The salad looked amazing, the steak, the Mac & cheese, I had the chicken salad sandwich, it was so delicious! My friend got a salad and said she never finishes her salad, but this one was so good she ate all of it. Oh and the baked potato looks so good, I’m actually thinking of going back today.

I had a business Christmas party there and that was the first and last time I will be eating there. The service was terrible. Our waitress was taking care of our party on one side of the restaurant and the whole other side of the restaurant. We couldn’t get tea refills and when our tea did get refilled it was hot and we weren’t given any ice. Two of the steaks that were ordered were burnt and one of the steaks was so raw it grossed every one out. For $210 I expect good service. I sure wish I knew about the reviews for this place before I booked my party there. When we complained to the manager, she acted like she could have cared less. She just turned around and walked off. As a business owner myself, I would have made it right if some one complained. Don’t waste your money.

Visited this restaurant twice. Food was great, servers were very friendly. But, it takes way too long for the food to reach the table, and the portions are very small. They have the largest baked potatoes that I have ever seen, but if you order mashed potatoes, they give you one ice cream scoop full. It literally comes to the table in the mound/shape fro. To make a long story short, we went to Sagebrush for my son’s birthday on a Saturday. The service was terrible and the food was barely warm. I made a complaint on Sagebrush’s site and promptly got a call on the following Monday. The manager told me she was very sorry for our visit and said she was making progress in turning things around. We decided to give it another chance. This time everything was perfect. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit. And looking around the restaurant, looked like everything was going well for the other patrons. I am glad I didn’t write this restaurant off. I will be returning.
