Very good Ramen and Sushi. My kids love their Karaage chicken too. The Tempura shrimp and vegetables were not as crunchy and battered as how we wanted them to be but nevertheless very tasty. The service is always excellent and the place is very clean and inviting.

I’ve been meaning to try this place for a while and it far exceeded expectations. The sushi was nothing short of exceptional. The fresh tuna and yellowtail quite literally melted in my mouth—like butter. You can tell the quality is top-tier and treated with care.

If you like spicy rolls, the 911 roll was FANTASTIC. Sushi was great quality. My husband had the ramen, which I tried, it was delectable. My daughter was happy with plain rice and noodles. I also ordered a bottle of apple sake.
My favorite part was the atmosphere. There was bamboo seating that made my birthday feel a little more special and exclusive.

I’m from CT and visited this restaurant because I love Japanese food. Ordered the crab rangoon and it was an orgasm in your mouth. Just delicious. Then ordered the dynamite roll and Unagi roll. Everything was delicious. Logan was awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. ❤️

Beware! Unfortunately, you cannot call in an order; you’re forced to place it online. The online prices are $2-$3 more, PER ITEM, than the in-person prices. So my advice is to order at the counter.
Also, DO NOT order the ginger “salad” because you’ll pay $6.50 for a handful of lettuce and ginger dressing (see photo). And if you want chili oil, you’ll need to pay $1.08 for 1/2 a teaspoon. I honestly felt robbed by this place! NEVER AGAIN!

Amazing sushi! We shared three rolls, one hot two cold, the two cold rolls were raw, and some chicken and noodles. The server was so nice, I love the apron they wear. I am not a huge sushi fan, I can take it or leave it and it is never on my list of go to for dinning. However, at Sage it will be. We had the spicy tuna roll which I have had many times at other places and never understood where the spicy came from or what the rave was all about. I now understand. It was terrific! The hot hamachi roll was a nice compliment next to the spicy tuna roll. It gave a great comparison of two different dishes! The Mt. FUGI ROLL WAS AMAZING! rich.
