So me and my girlfriend found ourselves here after our car broke down. The food was good but then again if you mess up breakfast you got no business in front of the stove. The thing that took us by surprise and we were very delighted to find they had live entertainment. An elderly gentleman was singing various songs by The King… If you don’t know who that is you’re not American… So the atmosphere was amazing. The service was subpar because in a diner when you’re eating breakfast whatever the time and drinking coffee your coffee should never reach the bottom of the cup. I was served one cup of coffee and waited 20 minutes until actually our food was on the table to get a refill. I asked 2 different waitresses before I received my refill. The other thing that was very disappointing was the price. An omelette hash browns and toast should not cost $13. Also chicken quesadillas should not be $15 unless accompanied by a starter salad and at least two other sides. So after drinks and meals and tip I just don’t feel that it should cost upwards of $50 to eat at a diner. I would never return because the cost is just too much for subpar service at at a standard run of the mill diner

First visit last night, the tomato sauce for the mozzarella sticks was Fantastic… moving on to the main courses we selected the Patty Melt and the Chicken Salad, both had fries with them and the fry count was on the smaller side but the fries were crispy excellent . The Chicken salad in our opinion was good not great. The Patty Melt however was very good. We will definitely be back to try some more menu items. Our waitress was fantastic and the food was served quick. Thank you for a great first visit!

Eaten here several times now, never been disappointed. Large portions and most dinner entrees come with soup or salad, two vegetables, and your choice of one dessert, pudding, jello, or ice cream. They do have a large display case with tons of homemade desserts too. I have always had enough food left to take home for later. Waitress very attentive, but not hovering. Food comes out from kitchen hot and fresh. Very well seasoned and tasty. We look forward to eating here every time we’re in the area.

I was very disappointed with my fine experience at Sage diner. I normally have a great experience but today wasn’t a good one. I have dined several times in the past. I brought a guest with me which was her first time there and she was not pleased either. We felt discriminated against actually. We were served our food which was fine but we had to ask a few times for things that we needed to go along with our food such as condiments and plates. We waited a while for to go containers. I had to walk up to the register to close my tab which I never had to do before but in spite of all of the mishaps we still tipped the waitress. It just wasn’t a good representation of Sage Diner.

Scrapple, egg and cheese on toast. I took pictures and video so I felt obligated to make a longer video. It came with home fries. Very good well done home fries. It was a big piece of scrapple. It was $11.49. I’m a Sage Diner fan but that felt a touch high. We always drove by and said we would stop in and check it out and I am glad we finally did. Amazing quick service and food. I ordered liver and onions for nostalgic reasons and it was just like my grandfather used to make. We also ordered Lobster bisque, Texas meatloaf, kids chicken tenders and cheese burger and fries and it was a big hit with my picky eaters. Don’t think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. We will be back.

Have not been here for awhile and was very happy with the all the updates. Restaurant was very clean. Staff was friendly and took good care of us. Since it was a cool fall day, I ordered a bowl of chili. It comes topped with cheddar and was a good sized bowl. I added a toasted Kaiser roll for dipping. Yummo. I will be getting this again. My wife ordered the appetizer sampler, this needed a little something to make the flavor pop. The desserts are all made on site and looked delicious. Will need to plan on leaving some room to try on our next visit.

Our waitress was great, very friendly, and gave great service. I only ordered a BLT so I can’t really personally speak on the food, except to say that the bacon was very good. Everyone at our table was satisfied. I’d come again and try something else. 🙂

Had breakfast ordered Belgian waffle. It was one of the worst tasting waffles I have ever had. How do you mess up a waffle. Our waitress was friendly enough but we only saw her deliver our food to the table we had to ask the other waitress to get our waitress for us. Food here has gotten expensive and the food is not all that great.

Worst experience. The chairs are uncomfortable, service is terrible and slow. No refills ever. Always new servers in and out I never see the same people. The boss is very rude to his employees openly in the dining area and will yell without any hesitation. I can’t imagine working in such a place getting treated as such. Dishes are never the same as the first time. Their floors are so dirty and the tables were sticky. I won’t support a place that is dirty with terrible management and nasty owners.
