You’ll find the best meat pies here! Before I found this place, when I had meat pies this yummy was when one of my besties brought them fresh from New Zealand. Their pies got this delicious flaky crust with mouthwatering fillings.

We decided to stop here for the first time and it did not disappoint. Very cute little shop and the cashier who helps us was very nice. Had to try the Koko Samoa bundt cake after reading all the reviews and glad we did because it was yummy!! Husband was very happy with his fish and chips and the good size portion of the fish. Kekepuaa was on point. Definitely recommend Sagato.

The selection here isn’t huge, but the quality is great and the menu is different from most places, which is nice. We had a potato top, fish and chips (Snapper I believe), and several of the baked goods. We also bought a jar of the Hawaiian Honey.

Haven’t had a meat pie in so long and they didn’t disappoint! Mince and cheese pie and pork bun was my favourite.

This place was unexpectedly good! The meat pies were so good. Go early because they sell out of stuff. Fish and chips were also outstanding. I accidentally stumbled on this cafe, and it was a happy accident. I will be going back to try dessert at some point.

Prices are higher than expected and the value just isn’t there. $11.50 for a single fish and chips. The meat pies are small, maybe 3.5 inches and smaller than you’d see in the freezer section at the store for $5.25. Desserts are generally $3.95 each.

My husband has is from New Zealand and has been here in America almost 4 years and this place is the closest to the meat pies back home. He always talks about how he misses the meat pies. Back home, he would go early to the bakery and buy them fresh out of the oven. Prices are different then back in New Zealand but the taste is incredible!
