What a Great Dinning Experience. Very little wait time at this Sagano restaurant it does take reservations (Clarkston) Clean atmosphere Friendly staff with a hello on arriving to have a good evening when you leave. And Awesome and friendly staff All through dinner very helpful and happy to make your evening Memorable. Thank you to Mia our server and Giddy ( I think I spelled it correctly) our Cook these two employees made it an excellent dinner dining experience. Thank you Again PS the food was Great and plenty of it to take some home to snack on later

This is the worst saganos by far, staff is super unprofessional. The bathroom floors are sticky and the staff is unprofessional and rude. I called because the sushi chef purposefully put wasabi between the salmon and rice when I order salmon nigiri. I called to speak to a manager and when I explained the situation she was rude and laughed at me when I explained it to her. Doesn’t surprise me as this is by far the worst location.

The server Alex was attentive and very nice. The chef did all the right things to keep our little ones engaged in the cooking process. He was great! Food was good, it’s always pretty consistently good. The only issue I have with place is the entrance. The lady that gets and seats you has never been very welcoming or even, just nice. She’s rude.

First time going here and the whole experience was great… but the phone call. Long story short I called to ask question and received a hypothetical answer. To help you avoid a similar issue, yes you have to make a reservation for thier hibachi. I do recommend trying the cherry blossom drink.

My first time here didn’t know what to expect. It was amazing the guy making the food was funny kept everybody laughing did an amazing job i. I definitely will be coming back here again try something different each time I come. I ordered the steak and shrimp just amazing. I forgot to get a picture of the salad and the soup and that was just amazing also. My 2nd time here, and just amazing and I got pics of the salad which I bought dressing too take home and the soup is so delicious.

Delicious every time! Take out just as good as dining in (minus the in-person chef entertainment)! Lunch portions are awesome too. Usually reserved for special occasions due to the price point.

We waited 1hr to be seated-with reservations. During that time of waiting, the bar did not have a bartender to get any type of drinks. When asking about getting a drink while waiting, a staff member said that he couldn’t make drinks at that moment (as he was making drinks for a table). Finally getting seated, services were extremely slow. It took almost an hour and a half to get drinks from the time we got there. The food was just okay. Steak and chicken were dry. The overall hibachi experience was just okay.

They are short staffed, had to wait ten minutes before even getting water. I had reservations but still had to wait about 20 to 30 minutes. The bar area where the waiting area was, had standing room only because of all the people that were behind on reservations.
The service was really great, with the chef talented juggling knives and making guests catch food.
