Exquisite and Outstanding. We had a great experience at Safire with a good meal. I recommend the filet and the spinach artichoke dip with the wedge. The staff and service were amazing. Fantastic atmosphere and drinks were great. Wanted to try the crème brûlée and the Macadamia chocolate nut pie but didn’t have room.

But after we finished eating we sat there for 45 minutes waiting on our check. I left because I was about to tell them how bad there service was my husband being the nicest guy you will ever meet says
honey you can leave I’ll wait 20 minutes.latet he had to go to the desk and ask for the check over 2 hours of our life waiting on them to do their job. Never again!!!

Hopefully this was just a rough evening for the staff. But unfortunately that rough evening happened to be my birthday dinner and the first time my wife and I had a night to ourselves in over 6 years really. The place is very nice and the host and servers were great. The kitchen on the other hand…. Ordered their cowboy cut ribeye, loaded baked potato, and sautéed mushrooms. The first ribeye that came out was basically raw. Asked for our waitress and while we waited my wife at some of her meal to discover that the asparagus she ordered was also severely undercooked. Waitress arrived and when I showed her my steak she referred to it as “basically blue rare” and apologized taking it back to get me a new one. By that point my wife was full and I’d eaten enough of the appetizers that I asked them to just box up my remade order. Manager came by to inspect the undercooked asparagus and took it off the bill. My wife had ordered their crème brûlée thinking it was a standard crème brûlée because the menu gave no indication otherwise. The manager comped that as well. We paid and left. Later that night in the hotel room we discovered that 1. The crème brûlée is actually a VERY small tart like dish and wasn’t good at all. 2. My loaded baked potato that I’d eaten maybe a quarter of was replaced with a very much unloaded baked potato with no fixings for it. The second steak was better but I can’t give it a fair review since I couldn’t eat it fresh. Really disappointing way to spend my birthday and a VERY rare night out. We appreciate the attempts to try and make some things right but in the end it feels like they all fell short and continued to disappoint.

Had a group of 16 people. We were seated right away.
They took our drink order, didnt arrive for 30 min + we had a big party but at least start us off with drinks faster.
They took our apps and entree order together.
Apps are good, but pricey for what it is.
Main course arrived 1 hr after arrival. But big party, thats fine.
Prawn Pasta – prawns great, sauce and noodles not so much
Pasta Puttanesca – dont recommend
New York – steak was excellent. 15 potato was awesome as well.
Lamb Shank- very tender, taste almost like french bourguignon.
Salmon- somewhat dry, its eh.
Presentation was pretty and all. This place is for an experience, overall it was ok.

The food was delicious. We started with their house salad which was so fresh and pretty tto look at. I wanted lamb, but they were out of it. Our waitress recommended the halibut. I had halibut. It had an exquisite sauce and the vetables were so delicious. My husband had salmon. He ate the broccali too! He loved the sauce. We were served 2 yummy breads, with an olive oil and vinegar type dipping mix. We had an awesume wine called Meiome which complimented the meal well. We had blueberry topping over cheese cake for dessert.
My hubby gave me $5.00 to play as we were leaving, and we were pleasantly pleased with the winnings which paid for over half the meal.
Great way to bring in the new year.
Also our waitress was wonderful.

I’m rating the RE-OPENING of Safire. (I didn’t like the first Safire food when they opened cuz it was Asian fusion and it wasn’t in my taste palate. The reopened Safire’s food – American dining is much better).
Customer service was great – they topped off my water frequently without me noticing. I can see they are aiming for high dining, desire for rsvp guests, and the food price is expensive. Dessert and appetizer starts at $9 if yalls wanna know.
Per the images, the amount of food was perfect. Great plating. Pasta was clumpy together. Lamb was kinda gamey. Tastes better than good but doesn’t exceed excellent.

My first time at Saffire, I figured I’m taking a big chance ordering calamari appetizer in a small inland rural town. What a surprise to admit that these were some of the best calamari I’ve ever had. I prefer rings and tentacles over steaks, and these small rings and large tentacles were tender beyond compare. The tempura was delicate and crumbly. It was absolutely delicious. I sat at the bar where the bartender, Owen, was attentive without being intrusive and helpful in answering any questions I had. The menu surprised me when I opened it. It lit up, making reading it super easy. I actually returned yesterday evening to enjoy another calamari appetizer. I hear their crab cakes are
divine also. The hours are odd, closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, but good to know. I also enjoyed the Beet Salad, which was one of their specials yesterday.

The view is amazing for a few nice drinks, by a fire pit with a view of the Sunset and the Coastal Range. Definitely wished I could have stayed longer. Food and a drink menu, along with desserts.
It would be an awesome place go rent out for an event. Definitely one of my top 5 picks for my 30th B-Day coming up.
If you’re from out of town, it’s nice to know your hotel is close by as well as some other bars to check out within the casino. The gas station is on the same property and is generally the second cheapest place in town for gas.

Gussy was the best waiter! Everyone else was aight. The atmosphere would be 5 stars but they had a huge pepper grinder that made me uncomfortable. The food was very good but one of the servers put water in our lemonade. One of the waitresses took a sip of my Dr Pepper. They were all out of creme brulee which sent me into a fit of rage. One waiter asked if they could refill my “pepsi” which was in fact a Dr Pepper, and I said no thank you, and yet they brought me another one anyway. Strangely, they did not let me order the 260 ounce prime rib. When I tried to haggle the price from above $300 down to $15 they refused my offer. I could hear Santa laughing from somewhere else in the restaurant which added to the holiday cheer. Also they let me into the restaurant in a T-shirt. Overall 4.5 out of 5
