So delicious! I went to their SLC location not too long ago and really liked their food, so decided to try their South Jordan location since it was closer. We ordered some rose lassi, the Saag with paneer, and Coconut Korma with chicken. They were all so good! It comes with rice and we were honestly so stuffed we had to take home leftovers. My favorite was definitely the coconut korma even though im not the biggest fan of coconut; it was so flavorful and creamy. I also rlly enjoyed the saag though, compared to the korma the flavors were lighter. I really liked the paneer and wish I had chosen that for the korma as well. I love tofu and cheese and I feel like paneer is a combo of both! Staff were super friendly and gave suggestions when we asked. Compared to the SLC location this location is a lot smaller but still big enough to hold a group of 6 people. Saffron Valley is definitely my go to indian spot, the food taste authentic and their prices are quite affordable for the portion!

The weight staff here was very friendly. The food here was absolutely top-notch. The best Indian food I’ve ever tasted. Everything was so fresh and homemade tasting. The chicken was almost like it was a chicken that they had grown out back or something because it was so delicious and just done perfectly.

Very fresh, clean and flavorful food. Was pleasantly surprised to find this quality of Indian food while visiting Salt Lake City. The food at the lunch buffet was very fresh and flavorful. Loved the naan, fish curry, coconut chicken curry, puris and starters. Well done.

I’ve always wanted to try the buffet but had never been able to figure out how much it costs. It’s not listed anywhere online, it’s not on any of the menus I’ve seen in the actual restaurant, and other reviews aren’t very clear. So to clear the air, the weekend adult buffet is $21 per person. We brought our toddler who also ate and they didn’t charge for her. I would expect the weekday buffet to be a few dollars less but can’t confirm. And as you can see on the receipt, garlic naan (unlimited) is also included in the price!
But the buffet was as good as their typical lunch/dinner. Very tasty, temperature of the dishes was good, and the service was pleasant as always.

I went with my wife and two other couples. We all shared our different dishes and we all agreed… this is amazing food! Not a single regret. The sweet nutty naan and garlic naan are great additions to our mains of the curries and kababs we tried. Aasthi and Laxmi are super friendly and helpful. Marvelous experience overall. We’ll be back!

Came in for the lunch buffet and it was amazing. All the chicken across the various dishes were super tender and the sauces were all so good. We almost never eat Indian food so we were a little hesitant, but now our family is already talking about coming back again. The naan is perfectly made. Not a lot of dessert options as part of the buffet. But we were so full anyway, so it didn’t matter so much. Staff was also super friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed with the food! Food was very grainy and unflavored. Portion of rice was very off, very little amount. I ordered garlic naan and they gave us some whole wheat bread. that was terrible. I couldn’t have been more disappointed with the food. Outrageous price for the quality.

Staff were sincerely kind and helpful. The lunch buffet had more flavor then perhaps any other similar buffet in the city at an incredible price. It’s clean. It can get a crowded and has a small café feel. The food is worth it. Try the tomato rice, garlic nann, chicken marsala, and there is a chili potato dish to die for.

My girlfriend and I did not go for their regular service which may be better. However we went for their New Years Lunch Buffet and it was not good. Everything was just about room temp or less. Plus their options were fine but even the regular dishes like the butter chicken, tandoori chicken and naan. Had some odd flavors. Tasted way different from any other Indian restaurant we have gone to.
I usually get multiple plates at any buffet but I could not bring myself to.
We left after kind of finishing the first plate.
Would not recommend.
The only thing pretty good was the staff was pretty nice.
