Absolutely loved our experience at Saffron Patch West! The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was full of rich spices and authentic taste.

The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can really feel the warm vibe of the place, and the staff makes sure everyone is happy and well taken care of.

Great atmosphere, great food, and great service. Definitely one of our favorite spots and we’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience here. The service was fantastic, our server was so friendly and checked in on us regularly and they gave us complimentary Indian drinks and a small appetizer which were excellent and unexpected! The food we got, especially the lamb, was delicious and tender with the perfect amount of heat and good portion size and the leftover heated up well the next day. Definitely a recommended spot for Indian food in the greater Cleveland area!

Genuinely, one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time. Their Chicken Biryani and Aloo Gobi were the highlights of the feast. Also, concerning their Mango Lassi, perfectly blended and balanced. I am floored with the quality of this cuisine and will be coming back again.

I had a fantastic dining experience here! The food was absolutely delicious, with the Kale Chaat being a standout dish. It was perfectly crunchy and bursting with flavor. The Panner 65 was also a hit. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, making our family meal a memorable one. I highly recommend Saffron Patch for a delicious Indian food and enjoyable dining experience.

While visiting Ohio, I came across Saffron Patch West, an Indian restaurant in North Olmsted. Since I love Indian food, I was excited to give it a try.

Right from the start, the experience was pleasant. The manager, Zarna, was very kind and welcoming. She even recommended her personal favorite, which was the Samosa Chaat. I’m really glad we tried it — it was delicious! The flavors were well-balanced, the texture was just right, and it was a great appetizer to begin with.

After that, we ordered a few different types of naan. Unfortunately, they didn’t have Rumali Roti available at the time, which was disappointing because I was really looking forward to trying it.

We also ordered a paneer sabji (cottage cheese curry). Like many Indian restaurants, it had a basic tomato-based gravy, nothing new or unique about the flavor. However, the paneer itself was very fresh and soft, which stood out. It was great to have such good-quality paneer.

Along with that, we got dal makhani and rice. Again, the dal was quite standard — the same kind you get at most Indian restaurants in the U.S. It wasn’t bad, just not something memorable.

Toward the end of our meal, Zarna kindly brought us house-made shrikhand to try. It was excellent — very fresh, creamy, and full of flavor. You could tell it was homemade, and I appreciated the gesture.

The overall experience at the restaurant was nice. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. However, I do feel that the cleanliness could have been better, especially in the restrooms. They weren’t well maintained, and I even had to ask someone to clean them, which was not ideal.

In summary, I would say the food was a mix of standard and standout items. The Samosa Chaat and the shrikhand were the highlights of our visit. If you visit, I definitely recommend trying those. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this place could easily offer a much better overall experience.

I was greeted and seated by Pawan. He was attentive and moved swiftly. Very gracious to have a respectful waiter like him. Thanks Pawan!

Had dinner here on a Sunday and it was not crowded at all so we were seated and attended to right away. Server was courteous and helpful. The food came out in a very reasonable time and the kids were happy with their kids meals and some of the appetizers on the sampler. My wife and I got the lamb Vindaloo cooked spicy and the achari lamb cooked extra spicy and WOW, they did not disappoint! Both were very flavorful and quite spicy, but not overwhelming. I’m always disappointed when I go to an Indian restaurant and order a dish extra spicy and it’s not very spicy. The spice levels here was absolutely on point. Also, although the gulab jamun on the menu were supposed to be 3 for $6, the waiter kindly gave us 4 for the same price for our party of 4 with us asking. Highly recommend coming here!

Amazing Indian cuisine. South Indian Shrimp Curry seduced me into a coma. I was paralyzed from the overwhelmingly delicious dish. Everything we ordered was fabulous. BEST Indian restaurant in town. Must go.

The food was great. We tried the Mahi mahi kabab, goat biryani and butter chicken with tandoori roti. The food was served quite soon. The quantity was good. We went on a saturdya evening. While we were eating the restaurant got busy and I felt the team was struggling to keep up. The bill was literally thrown to our table for us to pay. I think they are understaffed. The other thing I noticed there wasn’t any music or anything playing in the background and it was a little weird to hear people talk around. This is a personal preference I feel, a soft instrumental music in the background would definitely uplift the atmosphere.
