Always a pleasant experience dining here. Has enough dining tables to accommodate over 60 people at once and the tables are reasonably spaced giving you the comfort and privacy while still having people around. Usually you don’t have to wait to get a table which is a huge advantage unlike some other restaurants.

The food here was delicious, I ordered the chicken vindaloo and paratha. It was so flavourful and spicy, exactly what I was looking for! The service was great, waitress was super friendly and helpful! Was sad to see it wasn’t busier!

So happy to finally see a good Indian Restaurant in the west. The food was simply amazing. We tried the Chicken Biryani, Palak Paneer and Garlic Naan. Everything was spot on. The Falooda dessert was the perfect finale to the meal, offering a refreshing taste. The dining experience was also enhanced by attentive services from the friendly staff, making it a memorable experience for me and my wife. For a delicious journey through Indian flavors, Saffron is a must-visit restaurant.

This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. The customer service was absolutely terrible – we placed our order and waited an unreasonably long time, only to be told later that the item we ordered was no longer available. No apology, no proper communication.
When the food finally arrived, it was completely tasteless and clearly not made with any care. To make matters worse, the hygiene was shocking. There were houseflies constantly flying around our table, which made eating even more unpleasant.
Overall, the service was unprofessional and the environment unhygienic. Definitely not going back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

We tried the chicken tikka. It was good.
Also tried the paneer pasanda and rumali roti.
Rumali roti was good but pasanda wasn’t as good. The paneer was very chewy. And not as good as i have had in the other saffron restaurant .. over all decent experience.

Today, I ordered samosa through Uber. I never had such a pathetic samosa. Samosa is a most basic Indian snack and they don’t even know how to make it. No shape, no taste, one samosa was so hard that if I eat it might even break my tooth. I never expect this from such a reputable Indian restaurant.

Owner should focus on food quality and should keep more staff the girl in front was giving his best but was not a single staff work to handle the customers and specially flies were the big issues in the restaurant which made us disappointed and difficult to eat and lastly we had tragic experience for dal which was just water no dal in it …. We also ordered papad and unfortunately we came to know that it is finished not in stock and lastly after the bill girl did good hospitality to handle the bad experience but in indian style mukhwas was also finished …. This was epic please try to maintain the standards .
