Saffron Indian Cuisine was born out of a vision to provide a simple, yet warm and comfortable dining experience. It all started with the idea of bringing best Indian Restaurant for the people of Edmonton. We started with a small restaurant on Parsons Road SW Edmonton but over the time we made a lot of changes to the food quality and restaurant experience. Now we are having multiple locations in Edmonton and we plan to spread all over the world.

I always go at lunch and order their lamb korma lunch special and comes with fresh naan bread.
Sometimes I’ll order the samosas (traditional style). For an order of 2, they are awesome but I’m usually unable to finish it all off in one sitting with the lunch special.
I’ve recently read the reviews and it’s an extreme love or hate. Luckily every time I’ve gone everything has been perfect in terms of food and service. To those with legitimate 1 star reviews I’d say it’s pretty bad luck.
My coworkers from Calgary come to this place exclusively for 2 to 3 meals before heading home with a doggy bag. They absolutely love this place.
I’ve included a photo of the samosas but ate the rest too fast.

Don’t waste your money & time.
Huge shoutout to my friend Ranvir, who clearly knows his way around a kitchen. The flavors were rich, comforting, and absolutely on point every spoonful was a reminder of what real, heartfelt cooking tastes like. You can tell there’s passion behind every dish that comes out of that kitchen.
Thank you so much for your incredible service and hospitality, Ranvir! Proud of what you’re doing and can’t wait to come back for more.
If you haven’t tried Level Four yet you’re seriously missing out. Highly recommend!
But very disappointed with food
masala papad was came with really less topping
chicken chilli was tossed in hot sauce instead of Chinese sauces
virgin mojito was ordered with food but served very late almost with main course.
ordered desi murgh which mentioned half chicken will be used for it but there was barely 1/4 chicken in gravy.
naan was good.
chicken lollipop was average did not even got any hot sauce in side and sprinkled with lots of chat masala.
