The food was good but they need more wait staff. She didn’t come around much and was slow taking orders, refilling drinks, bringing boxes to go, and we had to ask for our check. Less time socializing with people you know and more time with customers. We were there for 2 hours because it took an hour just to get our food. Atmosphere and food were the only good things that’s why they get 2 stars.

Great friendly staff awesome pool tables good food and entertainment way above the level expected in a sleepy little town.
On a side note if you happen to over imbibe the owner Mark Jones wants you back so don’t even risk a DUI Mark will drive you home

I went to Safari Mark’s on my second day after moving to the area. We arrived soon after opening and were greeted by Safari Mark himself. He made my wife, me, and our boys feel very welcome. There is a variety of tasty appetizers and entrees available, along with food and drink specials. They have a full bar, and host live music and dancing in the evenings. It is decorated with many different taxidermied animals which are fun for both adults and the kids to view. Safari Mark’s is an excellent gem in this small town, definitely worth a stop if you are passing through.
