We have passes and come to WA often. We had never eaten here so, we decided to try it. There weren’t many people in the restaurant so we thought it would be quick and easy. NOPE. We waited almost an hour for 2 burgers and a chicken sandwich. They were out of grilled chicken, out if salads, my onions were cut so thick for my burger I had to tear then with my fingers because… there weren’t any knives to cut it with. The onion from my husband’s onion rings were literally ice cold. The poor girl at the front register must have been new and dog gone it people were ripping her over the wait. We didn’t complain, but did almost leave and ask for a refund. Just before doing so, our food came up. Honestly, I don’t think we will eat here again. The Lonestar BBQ is WAY better and it is cafeteria style so, you get your food right then. Didn’t give the staff a ome star because they were super short staffed so, I do feel they were doing the best they could with what they had to work with.

Don’t waste your time. Nobody here wants to work. We stood in line for a while and had the employees look at us several times. We tried to mobile order and that failed, went back in and asked how to order. They said wait in line. I explained that I did that and was ignored. Employee then actually tried to take.my order and they couldn’t make bacon or onion rings. They couldn’t build the main burger they advertise.

It wasn’t as crowded as the other places we stopped at but the staff wasn’t very friendly. They seemed to be praying more attention to each other rather than the customers. I got 4 refills on our drinks and they had to remake my grandsons because they were too busy chatting with each other instead of listening when I handed then the glass and asked for a specific drink. The fries were definitely better than the pizza we got earlier from the pizzaria.

I used to work here and this place always had good food. But we ended up paying over $60 for 5 of us to eat. The hamburgers were dry and you could tell that they were made hrs ahead of time. I waited 40 mins in line to get food that was precooked and dry. The best part was the onion rings. Those were fresh. Yum. The place was a disaster, food all over the floor. You had zombie employees who didnt smile or try to be friendly. I know it can get busy out there but at least try to seem happy. We are tired of waiting and then you offer terrible service. That’s not good customer service skills. If someone would have asked how are day was going, or smiled at us, it would of changed the experience. But since we were offered nothing for our long wait we start to notice all the bad. Come on yall. You think it would be cool to work at a theme park, get free tickets and get in free. But at least try to offer the customers something positive in return. In a nutshell, the food was horrible and so where the employees that day.

This place is just ridiculous we were waiting 30 minutes for a Bugars and two things of fries. They were short on patties and then we go up there asking what was taking to long. They lost our ticket! They had to take ours so they could make our food. Would not recommend this place.

Food is “so so” and theme park priced. Expect long waits to order and even longer to receive your food. Total wait from order line to first bit was just under 1hr. The staff is definitely the weakest link at this park restaurant.

it’s ok food. the bacon cheese burger is good. it is a little over priced but it’s theme park food so you can deal with it. overall not too bad of a place to eat while in the park.
