Peaceful little area! They had plants surrounding the food truck and a sweet pup with great manners looking cute.
My eggs benedict (half order) with the kalua pulled pork was to die for. If you’re an eggs benedict girly or guy, you HAVE to come by for them. The hubs got the “Local” in burrito form. He greatly enjoyed it, but said out of all the burritos he’s had on the island (he is a burrito conessouir), it was not his favorite, but still good and he would eat it again if I dragged him here so I could eat some of the best eggs benedict of my life. People were telling us to go here to try their potatoes on a stick. They ARE good potatoes, but I wouldn’t come back for just the potatoes, wouldn’t worry about that, it’s all about the benny, and if you’ve never had a benny and you’d like to try one, this might be the spit to make you fall in love with them, but get the pork as the meat! On another note, the Verde and aoli were to die for, and absolutely delicious on the potatoes.

By far the best breakfast in all of Princeville! I highly recommend the eggs Benedict with Kalua Pork- it’s absolutely amazing!! The sauce is best I’ve ever had. Kids loved the breakfast burrito! Be sure to say hi to their friendly doggo Salvador. He’s a sweetheart. Open Mon-Fri.

The prices are a little higher than posted on the website but the pork Benedict was a half portion for $16 and it was plenty of food with amazing flavor! The pancakes were also great and my husband gave the burrito 4.7. We would definitely go again. You have to be patient because there’s only 1 person at the register and 1 person cooking. Got there at 0836 and had our food by 0900.

We pretty much made breakfast at home every day of this trip but I am so glad that we made a stop to this food truck. The pictures of the pork eggs benedict online had me needing to try the real thing myself. I can tell you that this does NOT disappoint. The flavor in this dish is crazy. I was savoring every bite. Best eggs benedict I have ever had in my life!!

Unfortunately, my husband did not really enjoy his burrito, even with the garlic aioli on it, which made him keep coming back and eating my dish haha. It was a bit too meat heavy and did not have much flavor in our opinion.

We stopped here just before closing, and many items were sold out. I did manage to get a Spam & egg sandwich, and my wife got the Eggs Benedict. Both turned out to be great choices. My wife couldn’t stop saying how good hers was. She got a single serving, and it was huge. I didn’t give atmosphere a 5 because the place could use some spiffing up. Don’t let that stop you from coming and enjoying a great meal.

Loved it. The food trucks on Kauai are awesome. Don’t miss this one.
Such a good breakfast.
So good we ate there two mornings in a row. Eggs Benedickt was huge. Perfect to share. Breakfast burrito is massive and delicious. Home made sauces. Plenty of parking. I would give it six stars if that was an option. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed the Mila breakfast burrito. It was very hearty and filling. The presentation of the potato sticks were pretty but they did not have any warmth to them. I ate there and enjoyed watching the chickens! There was a steady flow of patrons coming so this is definitely a popular place.

Instead of having breakfast on the resort, we ventured off the property and found this hidden gem. DELICIOUS food, kind woman taking our order, fun and quirky location. Situated at the back of a parking lot, behind an urgent care, this little sweet spot had the BEST breakfast I’ve had in a while. I enjoyed the veggie breakfast burrito and my husband had the “local Omlette” he couldn’t say enough about how good it tasted! We ordered the garlic aioli on the side…. MUST TRY. This place was AWESOME!

The first day we dropped by Saenz, they were all out of the eggs Benedict by the time we arrived at 10am to order breakfast. There was a line that took about 10-15 minutes to place our order and 25 minutes to get our food. They had tables and a canopy outside for you to enjoy your meal or wait for your food. There is parking available and we didn’t have any problems getting a parking spot both times we came.

The pancakes are humongous! We ordered the pancake sandwich just to get some protein since no modifications are allowed. We took the sandwich apart when we ate it. Share the pancakes. My son had one out of the two pancakes and he still had to eat it over two meals.

We ordered 3 burritos: the Juan, Noelle and the Local. There is no flavor to the burrito unless you add the sauce, which you can select between their garlic aioli or salsa verde. Of the two, you MUST get the garlic aioli. This is their homemade sauce and is delicious. The salsa verde has a slight kick to it. We didn’t think the burritos were anything that will stop you in your tracks.

Despite this, we had to go back and try their eggs benedict. So, on our second trip, we arrived 10 minutes earlier at 9:50am and we scored! We got one with Kalua and one with steak. OMG, they were as good as other rave reviews had suggested.

Do not reference menus or prices you see online. Their truck menu is very different and prices are about $5 more than you see online. Average food. Sold out of most everything by 10am. Potato stick was comically burned. No kids options or sides. Can’t modify anything. But hey, we gave it a try.
