They have a new owner as the close of the season of 2024 . That’s what the lady at the window said on April 8th 2025 when I was there . She said she was the owner . ( very nice )
I’m always on the hunt for a yummy tasting hot fudge cake . They have a DELICIOUS hot fudge CAKE and it’s actually CAKE , not a dried out brownie . The cake is so moist , delicious and fresh . I’m impressed ! I ate two ! Wow !!
I got one without whipped cream and with extra fudge and one just made the normal way .
I will definitely be back for more and to try some food . 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for hot fudge cake

Stopped after some fishing and the line was long, but the service was very fast. The apple pie ice cream was amazing! Tons of flavors and makes to choose from!

A friendly little ice cream shop in the middle of a quaint town. It is well worth stopping and paying this place a visit. They have flavors galore and the staff is super friendly. They really love dogs. It was definitely the highlight of the town.

The Saegertown Ice Cream stand has my favorite flavor of hard ice cream; Midnight Blackberry Cheesecake. That alone would keep me returning (despite their prices being in the expensive end of things), but they also have pretty good food too. The staff are usually kind of busy and rushed so don’t expect long conversations or to be wowed by the customer service but they are efficient and generally accurate which is the service I pay for so all in all, definitely recommend.

The ice cream is great but ever time that I have got the shrimp, clams or fish it has been over cooked. I have chosen to just get a burger or hot dog and the ice cream for now on. When you spend that much for a basket dinner and have to wait as long as I did I would rather just go to Hitchy’s to get something to eat where you can sit down and get a good meal.

The food there is great and I would defiantly go there again. The atmosphere is great and the people are too. The new owners are defiantly extremely nice as i know them my self. Would recommend this place.

While waiting at the establishment for our food, my child inadvertently fell in the parking lot. I approached the staff to request that they fill my bottle with tap water from their sink so that I could wash her hands before we consumed the food we had ordered. However, I was informed that such an action was not permitted. I kindly inquired whether it was not possible to fill my bottle so that I could wash my child’s hands before she ate. Unfortunately, the staff member declined my request. This level of service is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of respect. Based on this experience, we do not anticipate returning to the establishment.

Small twist hits the spot on a hot afternoon. They had a change in ownership with some hiccups, but all appear in order now. Their soft serve is really good!
