On the ground floor of the Bellagio, Sadelle’s can get busy and a line forming out to the courtyard is not an unusual sight. You can make reservations which can cut down on your wait time. We happen to get lucky and didn’t have to wait long to get a table. Approximately 10 mins.

Service was great. The room gets loud so you may need to speak up when giving your order or chatting with your group.

Food comes in fairly large portions. We ordered the Western and Vegas omelet. Not as light/fluffy as I expected. It is dense, like a thinner slice of quiche. The seasoning was on point. Also ordered a fruit parfait which was quite nice. There was also a stack of very large blueberry pancakes in the mix. Any one of these dishes can be shared.

Overall, aside from the somewhat noisy environment, I highly recommend this for breakfast/brunch. I’ve not had the pleasure of partaking of the lunch menu but perhaps in the near future.

Such a beautifully designed restaurant in a gorgeous setting. We tried the triple decker sandwiches, salami and roast beef, espresso martini, and side of pickles. Everything was wonderful. The view of the garden was incredible. Definitely recommend coming here, and I will absolutely be back.

The place was very nice and had a welcoming atmosphere. Even though we walked in without a reservation during the holiday season, the wait was only about 40 minutes which was reasonable. The food was absolutely delicious, everything was well prepared and full of flavor. I especially loved the French toast and the waffles , both were excellent and definitely worth trying. Overall, a great spot for a satisfying breakfast!

This was a very fancy breakfast. It felt like you were in some “Alice in wonderland”setting, and reminded me of an English fine dining restaurant. I had eggs with caviar ($71 extra!) that was tasty but almost imperceptible with the buttery eggs and massive amounts of dill they put in everything. The French toast was amazing, however, as was the sticky bun. A fun place to try if you don’t mind expensive additions.

Absolutely loved our breakfast at Sadelle’s in the Bellagio! Everything was spot-on excellent—the service was attentive and friendly without being over the top, the food was delicious and beautifully presented (those sticky buns and omelets are next-level), and my Bloody Mary was hands-down one of the best I’ve had anywhere.
The real standout though? Request a table with a window view looking right into the Conservatory & Botanical Gardens—it’s stunning and makes the whole experience feel extra special in Vegas.
Highly recommend Sadelle’s for breakfast or brunch if you’re staying at or near the Bellagio. It does get really busy (especially weekends), so definitely make a reservation if you’re in a larger group. Worth every penny!

4.5 out of 5. The food is amazing, high quality. The servers are kind and want you to have a good experience. The scenery of the conservatory – can’t beat it. The only reason this doesn’t get a 5/5 is that we had a reservation for 8am on a Monday but still waited in line for 20+ mins, while walk ins were seated sporadically ahead of us. The other reason is that the service is slow. This is a good thing (time to enjoy the ambiance, quality food that isn’t product of churn and burn) but it’s bad because it’s hard to get a drink refill and causes those long waits, even with reservations. Tough balance. We went back the next day for lunch so obviously I wasn’t that bothered. I’m being overly critical just to give all the details. Expect a $50-100 breakfast if you have 2-3 people. Worth the visit.

Highly recommend booking a reservation online, it was super easy, and we didn’t have to wait at all. There was a long walk-in line and we skipped right past it, which already made the experience start off amazing.

We were celebrating my stepmom’s birthday, and they brought out a beautiful birthday cake for her (see photo of the cake!). Such a thoughtful touch that made the brunch extra special.

Our waiter, Mike, was incredible, very friendly, professional, and even offered to take photos for us. He checked in to make sure we were happy with our order, and genuinely made the experience even better.

I ordered the Vegas Breakfast, which was such a great deal, and it came with the Vegas Omelette, Drink & Sides. Everything was delicious. The side of caviar was surprisingly good too, definitely worth adding on.

We came here for brunch and honestly… wow. Five stars across the board! The atmosphere was perfect, the service was on point, and the food? Absolutely delicious. I had the salmon Benedict, a waffle, and a cappuccino — all so good I’d order them again tomorrow. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed the breakfast here. We got oatmeal – it was topped with fruits, chia seeds & coconut flakes. Avocado toast – it was topped with greens and pickled onion and fresh dried tomatoes, blueberry pancakes. Everything was really good. Capucino’s are 9$! But worth it. They even obliged us with a hot chocolate which I couldn’t find on there menu! Would go again!
The lines are crazy. Reservations are a must and even then you would end up waiting in line. The interiors are just gorgeous. It’s a charming place to eat breakfast.

We really appreciated our experience at Sadelle’s! The portion sizes were quite large and we enjoyed everything we had! The atmosphere was also lovely, it’s right off the gardens but private enough that you can still chat with your party without shouting. Will definitely be back!
