We dined at Saddles this week inside the Sheraton. Summer season has ended and winter season will be gearing up in two months so Saddles was unusually quiet, especially for Monday Night Football.
Beverly was our bartender/server. She was extremely attentive, helpful, and very nice.
We were excited to see the Peach Summer Toast on the menu. We make a similar version of this at home with apples. Fresh peaches with goat cheese, yummy bread – so much flavor!
We paired it with a Margherita Pizza -taking most of our pizza home for leftovers.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saddles Lounge and Market in Steamboat Springs, and I can’t recommend it highly enough—easily a 5-star experience! This gem, tucked inside the Sheraton with stunning views of Mount Werner, offers a cozy yet vibrant atmosphere perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes or simply enjoying a fantastic meal.
The club sandwich was an absolute standout—perfectly toasted bread layered with juicy turkey, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and tomato, all tied together with just the right amount of mayo. It’s the kind of classic done so well that it feels elevated. Pairing it with the Caesar salad was a brilliant choice; the romaine was crisp, the dressing tangy and creamy, and the croutons added a delightful crunch—simple perfection. And then there were the wings—cooked to juicy, tender goodness with a sauce that hit all the right notes of spicy and savory. They were so addictive I almost ordered a second round!
The service was warm and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Saddles Lounge and Market nails it with great food, a welcoming vibe, and that unbeatable location. I’ll be back next time I’m in Steamboat Springs—highly recommend giving it a try!

Overpriced Ski Resort food but pretty good. We ate there twice on our ski trip to steamboat springs and it was really fast both times! Definitely not the best food I’ve ever had for the price but it was good & the restaurant was clean & super convenient. I would probably eat here again if I didn’t have a lunch packed. The grab and go pizza was a good option too & the broccoli cheddar soup was also good, especially when it was cold outside!

We’ve been staying at the Sheraton and look forward to hanging out at Saddles for a quick drink or for a few hours for Apres skiing. The bartenders, Jenny and Ellen, are so great and make amazing cocktails and we look to spending our evening with them. Sometimes the daytime crew lack the attention to detail and personality Jenny and Elllen bring to the bar.

Stopped by for some drinks after a long day and it was the perfect place to relax! The wine and the atmosphere were perfect on a chilly summer evening. One of the people in my group got a non alcoholic drink that was excellent as well! Would definitely come back!

Had drinks in the afternoon a couple of times and breakfast every morning at Saddles, which was very quick and convenient. This restaurant is located within the Sheraton and was a great spot to have easy access to during our stay at the hotel.

This place is at the Sheraton. We stayed there so was convenient. We just had the nachos, but they were really good…..if you like cheese whiz, and we do. The bartender was very nice and did a great job.

Had a fish and chips and it was fantastic. The fish were perfect and the sauce was good as well. The fries were just the right level of crispy. The food came out quickly and the employees were super friendly. Nothing to really complain about!
