I had the saddleback Biggin Burger and overall it is a okay American burger. I was expecting a handmade patty with some crispy edges and some seasoning but none of which I could find therefore just making it bland patty. I will say they didn’t skimp on the weight of the patty and for that I appreciate. The vegetables were fresh and vibrant.

We went on Steak Night – arrived at 6:30 and waited 10 minutes for waiter to take cocktail order. We got our drinks and looked at menu. Waiter came back around and we ordered two steaks after a discussion. He repeated the order. After 10 minutes, we asked for our salads. We were given two plates to self-serve. My husband ordered another drink. It was now 7:30. The manager came and started clearing our table and I said we were still waiting on our steaks. Our waiter ran over and said he didn’t know what happened. We asked to pay for what we consumed so we could leave. The manager did not charge us. We won’t be back. It was a full moon and like being in the twilight zone.

We went for steak night and had a bad experience. We ordered our steaks and talked with the server about the best choice. But after an hour with no food we called him over and he asked if we wanted to order. He completely forgot we had already ordered and apparently never told the kitchen. We walked out in disgust. Manager did comp our drinks
