My husband and I stopped for breakfast and it was a great choice. I had 2 eggs (scrambled), bacon, biscuit, and hash browns. The bacon was phenomenal and I could have eaten a whole plate of it. My husband got the saddle mountain omelette with toast and hash browns. He was very happy with his choice. Highly recommend anyone looking for a home cooked meal. It won’t disappoint

Saw this restaurant on the map while planning a ride to Little Switzerland from Mt Airy and decided to take group of riders there a few weeks ago for breakfast. It’s off the beaten path but well worth the 3 or 4 mile ride off the highway to get there. The food and service was great!! Thanks

Saddle Mountain is one of our family’s favorite restaurants for the down home atmosphere, the excellent service, and the wonderful food. This is the best breakfast you’ll find anywhere in this area! Love the people and the food — a fantastic combination!
