A very clean restaurant. The server was very helpful and professional. I ate Pad Thai Khon Kaen as a dine-in meal. Excellent flavor, nice shrimp, pork belly, and fried tofu, with rice noodles. I brought home for my wife, Pad See Ew, chicken, broccoli and noodles. Also two appetizers, mini dumplings and crab wrappers.

The best Thai I have had outside of my home city of NYC-Just Lovely and fresh, vibrant delicious meals! The staff is affable attentive and accommodating. I am vegetarian and hubby is a meat eater. This restaurant has so many choices for both of us. We started with the egg rolls which were delicious! I got the spicy spaghetti with tofu and I asked for them to add basil and it was unbelievably delicious. I ordered it just as they make it – spice wise and it was perfect. Hubby got Thai street fried rice with Chicken and he loved it! If you ask anyone in Sherwood for a recommendation for Thai food, Sabye is always the recommended restaurant for dine in and take out and everyone raves about it. We cannot wait to go back!

I grew up with my grandmas Thai home cooking. This was the closest thing to it. Incredibly delicious, great prices, great service. The Mussaman curry was so flavorful, and the pad khee mao was outstanding! We will definiteley be back again and again, this is the best Thai food in Oregon, easily!

I heard this place was delicious & they were not lying! I ordered Pai Thai which came with fried pork belly, shrimp tofu & vegetables. The best I’ve ever had. It was so delicious & there was so much food! There wasn’t a wait but we came at 4pm. The service is good he came back & checked on us several times & was very kind & genuine.

Restaurant is not very big, 12 tables. Half of the tables were taken. Restaurantis very clean.
Every time I go to a new Thai restaurant I order Stir Fry Eggplant with chicken medium spice. Not every place can make that dish right. This time the taste of my dish was beyond my expectations! It was absolutely delicious, right amount of spices, good size portion, and they sauce was so amazing I had to scoop it of the plate with a spoon to finish all of it!
Service is very friendly. The owner came around all tables to ask how people are doing, and how was their food. I left 30+% tip for such a great service and food.
If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would absolutely do that. Love it!!!

Great vibes in the restaurant. Good portion of food with reasonable prices! Their monthly special dish Yum Khao Todd is delicious! I also loved their Crab Fried Rice. Spicy duck is another dish we found yummy!

Yellow curry had a very nice heat spice that produced the right combination of sweat and heat to make you want more. We continue to go here as soon often as we can. Service is unmatched and there has not been a menu item we would only try once.

I’m fairly new to Thai food but I was curious, and it paid off. The service was friendly and I loved the decor. I started with the shrimp rolls and decided on the Khao Soi after reading reviews and more background on the dish. The shrimp rolls were huge and so fresh. I would love a little extra herbs in there and the peanut sauce is a delight. The Khao Soi was impeccable and gigantic. The spice level was perfect for me and I would say it falls between mild-medium. I couldn’t believe how much chicken was in it. The broth was light, flavorful, and tasted like absolute comfort food.
Came back a few weeks later to try the fried rice and more shrimp rolls. It was a very busy and packed lunch time. They were working so hard and we had a little flub with my order but they fixed it quickly and were very kind. The fried rice was also delicious. I ordered a level one spice on this and it was more kick than the Khao Soi. Probably more in the medium-hot range for me.
