Really good food and excellent horchata. It’s located on a convenient spot on the road right next to a park so you can hang with your friend or your girl. There’s also a tattoo parlor right next to it called Reaper in Paradise, insane artist, you should check him out. He charges for his skill so he’s fast, good and fair I was at these two places 2026 January

Tasty food. Quick kitchen. I appreciate they now have umbrella for the tables. Be careful when ordering. An example is baja tacos shows 3 in picture but the menu shows only 2. I am surprised they don’t get issues for folks getting confused if order off pictures. They have a menu posted in Chinese also which helps those folks also.

Lamb quesabirria and steak classic burritos were so good and had generous servings. Their rice and beans were also delicious. Some of the best mexican food on island for sure. Small parking lot right next to them but also a lot across the street.

Good Mexican food is severely underrepresented on the island, but Sabrozon Fresh Mexican Food Truck is a true standout. This is hands down the best Mexican food I’ve found so far. The carne asada fries were legit, loaded with flavor and a generous amount of meat, while the burritos were hearty and well-balanced.
They offer a great variety of options, with portion sizes that actually satisfy. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity, and everything is cooked fresh within a reasonable timeframe, even during busy hours.
If you’ve been craving authentic-tasting Mexican food in Hawaii, this truck should be at the very top of your list.

I asked them for the most popular items to order for dinner. And since it was my first time at this food truck it was worth a try. They recommended lamb quesabirria tacos plate. I tried it, and wow wasn’t expecting it to be so good. The lamb was not gamey, shredded and not chopped in chucks, plus the cheese and cilantro…was worth it. The consome elevated the dish even more. It didn’t need any additional sauce. Two tacos was pretty filling along with the rice and black beans, however I still got the one Tuesday taco special since it was $3.50…haha would go back, just for that item. My brother got the burrito, but he wasn’t impress.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The area the food truck is located in, is near a busy intersection and had several outdoor tables and chairs to sit at. But we took it to go, since it was easier for us. Also, lots of adjacent street and ongrade parking. Recommend to try this place at least once.

Absolutely love this food truck with seating in Kakaako! The staff is always very friendly and the food is authentic and DELICIOUS. I started eating before I snapped a pic so it doesn’t quite do it justice.
The esquites are 11/10 delicious. I also love to smother my enchiladas in their avocado salsa. There is covered seating behind the truck as well with four large tables with umbrellas. Portion sizes are respectable, always some leftovers left to take home. I would rate it the best Mexican food in Kakaako by far.

This is my second time coming here, and each time I feel so taken care of by the people here. They are always kind, friendly, and accomodating and they check on you to make sure you have everything you need.
The food here is SO GOOD! Today, I had these delicious enchiladas that came out hot and fresh with melty cheese alongside rice and beans. I was so satisfied with the flavors, portion, and presentation of this meal. The plantains were juicy and flavorful with a yummy sweet crema. Last time, I had the simple bean and cheese burrito and couldn’t even finish it because it was so huge. That was a delicious deal.
There’s a few shaded tables in the back and one sunny table to the side.
Overall, give this place a try if you want to eat some delicious Mexican food made by kind people.

Not on the menu, but ask for vegetarian options: they made the quesabirria without meat (only cheese and veggies) and it was fire. Esquites and tamales were also good!

Great stop for Mex food: Homemade mole enchiladas, lamb burrito as a meat option. Usually have treats like fried plantains, and guest chefs for cake, flan, etc. Takeout friendy, but has a nice casual setting area on the side.
