Another mixed review. Wanted to have a nice breakfast before heading to the airport. Noticed the cozy pictures on the Internet and decided to try it. I got the signature breakfast. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, toast, and chicken sausage. Proportion was really small, but the food was high-quality. So I’m OK with that. If you’re looking for a large portion this is not the place to be. When the check arrived, my waitress, Michelle surprised me. And not in a good way. taking a closer look at the bill. She tried to charge me six dollars extra for the sausage which is supposed to be included. When I pointed it out, she quickly mentioned it was a “mistake”. Heads up for anyone eating here, double check your bill. It’s a shame that it has come to this in this world. Overall, overpriced, small portions, decent quality.

This is based solely on my experience with breakfast over two days. The food is fine — nothing to rave about but also a good portion. The service was completely lacking though. There wasn’t enough staff so the same woman who seated us took our order and then we never saw her again. They also brought us our food (yogurt) and coffee with no spoons. It was interesting. If not included with my elite status, I’d probably hit up one of the great restaurants nearby instead.

This is a Tapas restaurant. The waiter explained to us upon arrival about the small servings and made suggestions of how we should order. We decided to order as we ate. The food was very good and the service was excellent. Our waiter answered all our questions and described the menu items perfectly. We enjoyed CAMERON SALTEADOS (Shrimp with Gigante beans, tomatoes, olives, capers, cold pressed olive oil) PAPAS BRAVAS (potatoes with Garlic aioli) ALBONDIGAS (Spicy beef and pork meatballs, tomato sauce) These were so good we ordered a second helping, and we also had the SEARED EGGPLANT with Herb olive oil, harissa yogurt.

Nice option for a quick meal or drink. I had the red snapper filet and a great drink recommendations from the waitress. My waitress was great. The food was good, but not great. The bar gets crowded at times.

It’s a cute spot probably to get a drink but I was staying at the hotel and this was the breakfast spot. The waiters and staff were very nice but the food was not tasty . I got the avocado toast and asked the waiter if the avocados were fresh . He said yes. But they were not. It was the prepackaged mashed stuff . Not worth going in my opinion. I did not even take pictures

During my stay at The Notary, I loved food and atmosphere at Sabroso+Sorbo. The Tempranillo by the glass was awesome and the beet tapas were divine.

Amazing restaurant but equally important, Mo, provided stupendous customer service. She is very efficient, cordial, friendly and professional. Congratulations to the restaurant for making such a great hire.

I had breakfast here while staying at the hotel. The food was very expensive but poor quality.
However, the service staff did an excellent job handling the situation. They listened, promptly replaced it with something else, and overall handled it very well. Thanks guys!
I got the avocado toast. It was awful. Pieces of it were piping hot, and pieces of it were fridge-cold. The bread was so soggy that it was unpleasant to eat. The avocado spread was brown, and tasted overwhelmingly of lime.
Eggs should probably be served on the side. Don’t put them on top of the toast. It just adds to the soggy factor.
I wouldn’t have left a review except for the price point of the menu. That’s basically what’s motivating this. It’s too much money for such poor food.
Again, the wait staff was nice and helped a lot.

Staff were excellent, cannot state that enough. The food was fairly average and what I’d expect at a hotel bar and restaurant. The bar doesn’t open until noon, and on both days I had breakfast here I witnessed multiple sad customers who couldn’t get their morning mimosas, but it is what it is! I’d probably only eat here if I were staying at the connected hotel, the Notary.
